Arrived at SeaTac around 8:45 and my husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat. Embarque looked great. The menu was exactly the kind of food we were looking for and it said they didn’t close until 10 so we thought it would be perfect. We get to the register & were greeted with a very unwelcoming glance. The cashier turns and asks through the window if the kitchen is open (I’m hoping so considering they don’t close for an hour?) and was told it was. We order our food and mid-sentence she cuts us off and says “to go only” when other people are already occupying tables. She just seemed to have a bad attitude the entire time and I was uncomfortable. Overall, a very unwelcoming and unfortunate experience. Would return for the food but absolutely not for the service.

They accidentally gave my order to someone else and I had to sit for a new one - bad form at an airport. Flatbread is way too cheesy.

Third time here and never had a bad experience. Bar tenders are always friendly and helpful; food is good; and mimosa’s awesome. This will become a regular.

Embarque is located in the N gate area of Seatac. We came for a drink after breakfast. One of the bartenders provided us good service & had good follow-up to see if we were enjoying our drinks.

I had the PNW sour, he warned me it had some egg whites (the froth on the cocktail) which I personally didnt mind or think much of. This place was a little less crowded than the others in the terminal and they seemed pretty prompt in getting their customers waited on and with what they need.

The food was surprisingly good. Restaurants at airports are sometimes a gamble. I would eat here again. The bar service was amazing! Natalie is a fantastic bartender who has a great personality!

They closed the kitchen well before their listing. Staff unhelpful, unfriendly and clearly were not incentivized to promote business.

Stopped here on a whim. Old fashioned is exactly an old fashioned but the veggie chili is something worth coming back for. Friendly service as well. Overall worth a stop if you are near N gates.

We had a wonderful experience at this place thanks to Annie. She told us about her idea of integrating whiskey “flights” into the menu. We thought this would be a GREAT idea and fully support the marketing efforts!!

I had salmon chowder and a SeaTac Best Manhattan. The Manhattan was excellent. The chowder was pretty good but salty. The bartender was great. The atmosphere relaxing. If I'm ever in the North terminal again, or if i had time, I'll go back.
