This vegan restaurant in the Seattle airport is the best...great vegan food, Michael our server was great, and the dishes he recommended were the best!! A five star for the food and Michael the waiter!

I love this place. It's always my/our go-to for morning travel. Avocado toast is fantastic. Scramble and cheesy grits are also great. And the yogurt parfait is excellent. Consistent food and really friendly staff.

Best airport restau ever. And full on vegan options!! Thank you! Plus a creative cocktail menu. Great place to come at a good airport. The only complaint? There is too much food on this plate. I recommend splitting. You just can't finish it all.

Honestly the best airport food I've ever had, and amazing service. We dined in, and the ambiance was actually pretty decent and you could even forget you were traveling for a moment. My friend dropped their fork, and before I could even hand them mine that I hadn't used at all, our server had already presented us with a new one! The service was super attentive, and the food came pretty quickly too. I'm ashamed to admit that I was not expecting it to be so tasty so I didn't bother taking a picture, but even if Floret weren't at an airport, it would be a good spot! As a starter, we got the cauliflower which was excellent. I had the portobello mushroom French dip, which I really enjoyed and the yam fries were also great. My friend had the crispy tofu sandwich, which they also really liked (though the server did warn us that it got a bit messy, and that was true). I'll definitely eat here again next time I'm at SEA.

This will always be my go to spot at the airport! Sometimes I wish I could fly just so that I could go here. They have so many amazing healthy options but the food tastes like comfort food. It's a great way to get some veggies and fiber in before a trip but still feel like you're eating something you couldn't make at home. This last trip, I got the seasonal scramble made with tofu. Their scrambled tofu is insane- I have no idea how they make it but it's perfect to me. Such good flavor and the veggies were perfect. I got a side of cheesy grits, which are an absolute must. My entire meal was also gluten free, as is most of their menu! Everything they have is vegetarian, and a lot of it is vegan as well. This is one of the top spots for allergen sensitivities in the whole airport (or perhaps even the city). The staff is always so kind and quick. They know the menu really well and understand that people at the airport are in a hurry. On my most recent trip, I put in a to go order then left to go to the restroom and fill my water and my meal was ready at the front by the time I got back. When I have more time, I love dining in because they have a really beautiful spot with big windows and funky wallpaper. Already excited for my next flight!

Excellent service and food. A great choice for a quick but healthy bite while on a layover. The menu is vegetarian with some vegan options as well. The tofu sandwich is amazing. I enjoyed a salted caramel latte.

Great veggie food at the airport! I tried their breakfast burrito, which was fresh and nutritious. Their chai was flavourful, but a bit watery and could be better. I realized they had seating and a dine-in menu, not more expensive than their to-go cafe menu, a little too late.

$25 for an overcooked scramble and burnt potatoes. $4.75 cup of food service coffee. The quality keeps going down. Plenty of other choices at SeaTac.

I tried the “to go” section. The food was good, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. While I was waiting for the receipt, the cashier rudely asked, "What are you waiting for?" If she dislikes interacting with people, perhaps she should consider a different career.

Best coffee I've had in Seattle! Barista made me a macchiato which closely resembled what NZ'ers and Aussies call a flat white.

Great food, especially for an airport. Recommend to my fellow travelers catching a flight departing from any Gate in SeaTac. Worth the 7 minute walk to and from my gate. I had some time to kill before my morning flight. I'm glad I spent it in a relaxing cafe vibing to folk rock music. All told, I was there maybe 45 minutes and would absolutely recommend going if you have an hour or more before your flight's listed boarding time.My Yam fries and Portobello French Dip were served hot and retained their texture and flavor through most of my 30-minute meal. I started my meal as soon as it was served, which probably helped. The bread for the French Dip was so soft that I definitely think it should be toasted more on the outside, especially the bottom, so it can hold up to the vegetarian au jus. I wish I thought to spread the garden herb aioli on my sandwich, because it pairs better with bread and mushrooms than the chilli powder seasoned yam fries.Because anither reviewer mentioned they ice the lemonade generously, I ordered my rosemary lemonade with light ice. Floret delivered as requested, but the resulting drink was *very* strongly flavored and too acidic so early in the AM. I'll have to try some other drinks next time.I don't like to be bothered too much during my meal, so the fact the staff passed my table without checking in on me more times than they did wasn't really a problem for me. The final call (where the staff asks for one is expected to ask for the check) took a little while, but the serving & check processes were handled efficiently. I even saw a waitress calmly help a customer who jogged up to her just to change a side. Hiring a couple more staff front of house would help smooth most wrinkles in the process.I hope they have a Cafe Flora or Floret just outside the airport; the flavor metrics of this food would be great for folks who have just gotten off the plane and we all can definitely use better post-flight meal options, especially later in the evening. (Did you know your tastebuds temporarily change at high altitudes? Now you do!)Overall, a place in the airport I'm actually excited to try and share with friends.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. Yam fries & Cinnamon roll are already vegan afaik.Dietary restrictions: Wait staff helpful to other patrons when checking for restrictions: Eggs.

Expensive and near tasteless. Tiny portions. If I hadn’t paid so much for my meal, I probably would have tossed it out. Looked as if they just threw it in a box. Literally had to force myself to power through. Please, don’t believe the hype. The grain bowl says that avocado is an upcharge. I didn’t order any because I’m allergic (not deathly), but it still came with avocado??? I bet they figured they were doing me a favor.

I have been to Floret many times since they opened at SeaTac and each time is fantastic. My partner and I stopped in for breakfast on a layover and enjoyed some yummy dishes. We split a cinnamon roll and their tofu scramble with breakfast potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavorful and downright delicious. The mimosas were strong as well which offset the airport prices. It was pretty busy (most tables were full) but we got seated almost immediately and our server was great about checking in and bringing the check when asked. Definitely recommend Floret if you have an hour to kill in Seattle. Plus, they have a Grab-n-Go counter so you can enjoy their famous burritos without the wait!

Best breakfast, coffee and overall great food in the airport. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love good food. I regularly walk across the entire airport to get their breakfast quiche, and a cup of Stumptown coffee
