Galliano's Cucina needs to decide if they want to do catering and take-out or if they want to be a restaurant. If they want to do all three things they need to hire more staff. We made a special trip to eat dinner there. My husband and I both ordered a glass of wine. The young girl waiting on us said she was not allowed to pour and serve wine. I love Gallianos but I have to say this was not a good experience. Usually the sauce is thick and coats the pasta well.Today our pasta had very watery sauce. We called in to notify them but they explained that the chef changed it to add more sauce because people complained it was too dry.This isn't more suace this is more water... The pasta was very tasteless because all the flavor of the sauce was diluted by the water and it became soupy.This is a picture of the watery sauce...
On Saturday at lunchtime we went in to find no customers. The gal behind the counter was very friendly. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with the salmon chowder (fries or salad were the other choices). The chowder didn't have any potatoes but had lots of fish-- the taste was average with too much salt. My husband had seafood pasta--it was okay--too salty.
