I ordered the chicken tenders from the kiosk. Then the next screen asked if I wanted fries with that. I went back to the previous screen to read if the chicken tenders came with fries, and the description read “chicken tenders with a choice of ranch, bbq, or honey mustard”. No mention of it coming with fries already. So I ordered fries only to have it come with fries. So I had bought extra fries for 6 extra bucks. The description had to mention of it already coming with fries. 24 bucks for mediocre fries and chicken…

We ordered at Greedy Cow Burger (seattle airport location) and kept asking why our food wasn’t ready. After 22 minutes, the staff finally told us they had lost our order. This is completely unacceptable, especially in an airport where people don’t have time to waste—we were just trying to grab something quick before our flight, not sit around like we’re at a café.

Terrible organization, zero communication. If you are in a hurry for your flight, avoid this place.

The machines for placing the order are out of this world bad. To confirm your order you need to tap “No, Thank You” (to modifications). Everybody is confused, ordering takes forever. To add a cherry on top of this delightful experience, the machine defaults to 20% tip. Avoid.

Rude employees

Our fault for being in a rush, but it wasnt clear if the food came with fries. You choose your meal, then it gives you options for sides. Came away with 2 burgers, chicken tender, and 6 orders of fries for 3 people

Really terrible experience - took 25+ minutes for a $20 burger I had to abandon because I was gonna miss my flight. Half the staff seemed to be milling about doing nothing with 0 sense of urgency. Didn’t even have time to collect my refund because they were so short staffed.
