Our room was nice and clean. Great overnight location because we needed to get to the airport early and they offer 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Best part??? They have a bar and restaurant downstairs, so we did not have to worry about where to eat.

A hidden gem near busy Seattle airport. I booked this hotel because of it's convenient location to the airport during my business trip. I have had a great experience with front desk service ( thank you Andrew), breakfast service (Sharon), and house keeping staff. Their staff was attentive to my needs during my stay and friendly. The rooms are neat, modern, clean and fairly spacious. My only complaint is hearing the noise from a fire alarm early morning, and standing in my pajamas out in the cold, but at least it was resolved quickly by hotel staff.Rooms: Hairdryer (1800)MicrowaveRefrigerator/small freezerKeurig coffee maker

I recently had a business meeting and had to plan last minute due to a different city cancelation and some flight issues. I was very stressed about getting a new venue that we hadn't been to. Karen B. was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She got me all set up in less than 30 minutes with a conference room, 7 hotel rooms, catering, etc. for the meeting. Not only that, but the day of the event she was able to confirm everything and my staff reported back how fantastic the experience was. We are now going to be utilizing this hotel and Karen for our next meetings because it was seamless. This was a great customer service experience!

I stay at this Hilton Garden multiple times for work every month. I usually walk to the hotel from SeaTac while passing other hotels that are a little bit closer. Why? Because this Hilton Garden Inn goes above and beyond to make commuting flight crew feel welcome and valued. The crew here goes out of their way to accommodate their guests and are always so friendly. I stay in hotels 15-20 times per month and I can say that the staff and management here are the best. Well done, HGI SeaTac crew. A special shout out to Karen!Walkability: About a fifteen minute walk from the SeaTac terminal. Restaurants are walking distance.

I stayed one night to catch an early flight out. The airport shuttle worked flawlessly, even at 4am. The hotel is located about 8 minutes from the airport. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was the standard HGI room; however, with one of the most comfortable beds ever. There was a nice choice of pillows as well. My only comment, it would be nice to have another sandwich option in the restaurant. Overall, a great option. I will be back

Customer service was absolutely horrible! The man at the front seat argued and argued with me about parking and our room. As a diamond member I've never been treated so rudely. If I treated a customer the way this man treated us I would be fired. He definitely was on a power trip. The room was nice and clean and we normally love staying here! Unfortunately this man needs to go through the customer service training again.

The shuttle took about half an hour even though the hotel is practically adjacent to the airport. Also, the person at the front desk claimed I didn’t give the platform number (when I did, as he asked me and verbally confirmed afterwards). AND there is no complimentary breakfast! When someone asks what time breakfast in the morning, you need to specify that it isn’t included! What kind of hotel doesn’t have complimentary breakfast nowadays? I didn’t even know that was a thing.With all that said, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good (along with our super nice server, Shelly, I add a star for service from her). Also, the morning shuttle was reliable and the driver, Ako, was great! Another star for him.

The front desk service is horrible here. Avoid unless you want to be looked ar like a horrible person for asking where the elevator is. I stay at a lot of hiltons and this by far has been the worst! Never

Kind staff. Shuttle to airport. Clean. Modern yet comfortable. Clean! Kind and courteous team to greet you and answer questionsRooms: Comfortable beds and pillows! Clean!!!Nearby activities: It’s Seattle!! Easy public transit to nearby top attractions..Food & drinks: Great coffee. Nice breakfast. Things that should be warm were, and things that should be cold, were. Again, very welcoming staff- so kind. In a rush-rush world, the team made time and effort to help us out, especially as we had never been to Seattle before. Did I mention the coffee? ☕️ the shuttle bus drivers were also very polite.
