Maybe I went on a bad day, but my hashbrowns were burnt on the bottom, and over easy eggs were scorched. But waffles and pancake were on point. 13.69 for one Plain waffle. By itself, I think that is overpriced. Serve easy great tho.

This is my first time with a negative experience at IHOP. It was downright discriminatory and disrespectful on all levels. What's my part in it? Well we walk in as a group of 4 people. Two ladies a young girl and me. It was around 9p so service was slow. No staff at the entry we waited for 5 mins nobody seemed to be coming we looked for our seats and sat down in an area that had several people. We waited 20 mins and I realized nobody was tending to us so I got the waiter's attention. He was a young Latino boy looking like a high school student. He walked up and explained that we should have waited to be seated and that we were disrespectful for sitting ourselves. Mind you the sign that states this is on the inside wall and not in view when customers walk in so we missed it easily not intentionally. I proceed to explain this to him. If they had a problem with us sitting ourselves down. Why didn't any staff member approach us and explain this to us rather than childishly ignore us and not respond to any service. I am highly disappointed and would appreciate better training for the staff at the SeaTac IHOP across from Sleep Inn Hotel. Don't make assumptions about your customers state your displeasure upfront and move on with doing your job.

But the prices for beverages is a rip-off!$4.99 for black tea, and I think $4.50 for a soda!I complained to the manager and said I will not come back.He said the prices are competitive in that area.Don't support this company and locations that are gauging.

Had a great breakfast. Had a wonderful waitress that made our morning even better. Destiny was great. She was very attentive and helpful.
Had to ask for refills. Asked for my cheese on my omelette and they put cheese on it. It was really loud in the restaurant. Hard to talk to the person across the table.

Went with a group 10 and our orders were separated by about 15 minutes, had a hair in 2 plates, we asked for our change back and she kept the change so the tip we had given her and the change added up to about 50% tip and we had to go through hell to get our change. Sorry for the bad review but didn't enjoy ourselves.

The food is amazing nothing to complain. I went yesterday to this place. I get really mad when I saw my receipt they charge me 20 dollars for tips I would understand if we were 8 people, but we were only 4 people. They not even ask if you are okay to leave that amount. This place is getting worse.
