The tacos were overcooked/burnt and soggy all at the same time like they were old and reheated, so gross... My dad did say they arn't usually like that tho.
My son and I liked our burgers and fries and the cinnamon mini churros were yummy to!

This fast food restaurant is awesome. On July 8th, we walked in, feeling hungry. We ordered 6 Beef Tacos, 3 Taco Sauce Packets, and a small cup of Ice Water. We sat down, and took a bite of our food. I was in awe. The tasty beef paste, the soft lettuce, the creamy, but spicy taco sauce, the melted cheese, and the crunchy deep fried taco shell all combined together into one, delicious taco just hit different on a Tuesday. The employee was sweet, and didn’t rush us to order, unlike other Jack in the box employees I’ve encountered. I highly recommend this restaurant, 10/10! 😊🌮

I ordered chicken nuggets and a chocolate shake around 10:01 am. The cashier working the drive thru cash register made my milk shake. I witnessed her licking the sides of my cup where the milk shake was spilling over. I requested a refund. My refund was granted. No apologize from the manager or the cashier

Was 9pm, was a line of cars naturally but no big deal. Service was very friendly and quality of food was good! Got the $12 jumbo jack combo deal and two tacos. Everything was excellent as I craved.
