Stopped by the Jack in the Box near SeaTac for breakfast and got the Jumbo Breakfast Platter with Classic French Toast Sticks & Sausage. The food was actually tasty and hit the spot for a quick morning meal — 5 stars for that.Pricing is great.
However, the setup inside could use some improvement. There’s no public access to extra spoons or forks, so you have to ask the staff every time, which is a little inconvenient. The tables and dining area weren’t the cleanest, either — not terrible, just could’ve been better for a morning rush.

The food taste good. We ordered some eggrolls and they forgot to put them in the bag. When I called the gentleman that was working was very apologetic and said he knew it was troublesome if I came back tonight so I could either come back and get them right away or I could pick them up the next day and he would leave a note for his manager letting him know. I really appreciated that and he handled it very well. It was around 1:30 AM and it was pretty busy so I understand. The gentleman was also very helpful at the window, I know things happen but when they handle it and the proper way, it makes things much easier so I appreciate him.

I wanted to shout out Jose, who served me at the drive thru today. He was friendly and I really appreciated his service. Just want to acknowledge good service when you get it, so I dug up my receipt to make sure I could call him out by name. Food was great, too!
I love Jack’s tacos & eat them every chance I get, which is not often as I live in Miami. So, every time I come to Seattle my first & last meals are at this Jack by the airport. They did such a good job on my monster tacos! And the kids working this evening were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean; as usual, I was the only one dining in. The drive thru was very busy tho.

We ate here because there aren't any jack in the boxes left on the east coast where we live. Also it was within walking distance of our hotel. The food was good, the fries were very good. It was a trip down memory lane more than anything else for me. The soda machine was the kind with multiple sodas in one machine, but this one seemed like it was out of more choices than it had. Just the mainstream.

Absolute ghost town inside, you wait forever at the counter if you need to pay with cash, then if anything is wrong with your order they stare at you and basically shrug it off like it doesnt matter with minimal resolution.

I spent $34 for 2 meals and one of the buns was moldy!! Of course I was already home. It was on the top, how do you not see that?! I was the only one in the drive through, lobby closed. No, isn't from being toasted either. Guy at the drive through window was really nice though.
