A Hidden Gem Near SeaTac

Kappa Espresso is a small, unassuming coffee shop tucked close to SeaTac Airport — and it’s an absolute gem. While the shop itself is quite compact and parking can be a bit of a challenge, the quality of the coffee more than makes up for it.

I ordered a 12oz latte and was seriously impressed. Smooth, rich espresso, perfectly steamed milk, and all for under $5 — something I haven’t seen in years. In an era of overpriced coffee, this place is a breath of fresh air. The prices are almost too good to be true, especially given how good the drinks are.

Awesome place, highly recommend!

A relatively inconspicuous place, even though it's right down the street from the light rail station and not far from SeaTac airport.
Very small building, but really welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Parking is limited and I ended up having to park across the street. No big deal. I had an iced caramel Americano and it was perfect. I also picked up a cheese danish and it was exceptional. I'm lucky enough to live close by, so this might be my new spot.

The lady working was very nice. I always like trying local coffee shops when traveling. Glad we stopped by. It’s a grab and go type of place, no seating.

Great smooth oat milk latte. Fun conversation about Reggae (the world's greatest music vibe) with Rupert (?) who told us all about how they import and roast their beans and the differences between Yirgacheffe and Sidamo varieties. Totally understand why this hole in the wall gem gets 4.9 stars.

Just found the best little coffee shop in the SeaTac area!!
Walked in and was instantly greeted with a hello and smile. Great customer service I would say!
I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it was just how I like it…..flavor of coffee and white chocolate syrup. Not full of watered down milk and powdered flavor.
They had a pastry case and as I was standing there I couldn’t help but get warm almond danish. It did not disappoint!
They do not have a drive thru but I think that ads to the service and personality of the place. There is plenty of parking right behind and felt plenty safe.
I will definitely be back!!

Delicious coffee! They’re roasting their own beans which is pretty cool. Sandwiches and pastry were good too

So friendly! Cute little place with excellent service and even better muffins.

They even opened a fresh bag of light roast beans for our espresso —- incredibly kind! 10/10

Parking lot behind & up the hill, easy in & out on our way to the airport.
