Great experience! I read the previous reviews and thought they must mot have had Marlena be their bartender. She is outstanding! I like the service, she made sure I was satisfied with my order and is very personable. As a matter of fact most of at the bar ended up talking together and Marlena was a part of that. I've been here a few time during my Seattle travel.and LouLou has been a great experience each time.

we had a quick one hour to kill before our connecting flight. I had a cup of their New England style clam chowder, and it was excellent . The French onion soup was a bit salty, but the bar tender/server was excellent. He was very polite and courteous. He checked in with us frequently without being over baring. We had excellent service.

Absolutely trash food. A racoon would have issues eating their short rib sandwich. Rib was cold and only on one half of the sandwich. A solid $2 worth of ingredients marked up 10x. Ive been to most major airports in the country, and never been this disappointed, which was a low bar to surpass.
The bartender was lovely though and did what she could to make things right. Absolutely lovely woman.

Expecting hot food, was cold. Prices are high, even by airport standards. Service was average to below average. Restaurant was empty at lunch time. Says a lot. Recommend to choose another option.

This review is based on their drinks offered at the bar.
5 stars to the employees (nice people)
1 star to their wine list (terrible wine offerings. Mostly bottom shelf wines found at grocery stores).
For a location based in WA, at least make the effort of offering some good local wines.
Good crepes and coffee, friendly staff!

Food was great- pricey, but what isn’t at an airport. Not sure why the reviews are so low. Definitely a good option.

Anna was so attentive! This is tough work for hospitality professionals. How she kept up with everything departures etc.. it’s amazing!

When I saw the low reviews for this place, I hesitated. But most airport food is mediocre and overpriced, and the line was shorter than Floret. How bad can it be?? Oh boy.
I ordered the quiche because it looked more appetizing than the anemic sandwiches sitting on display.
After over 10 minutes of waiting for them to reheat the quiche cup, they finally served it to me.
It looked like it was torn apart by a rodent. I guess the cooks kept picking at it while trying to determine if it was hot enough to serve.
And it was somehow STILL COLD after almost 15 minutes of heating.
At this point, my flight was boarding and I couldn't wait for them to heat it again. So I plunged my fork into the hottest part of the eggs. I could almost taste the mediocrity.
$18 for a cup of eggs, ham strips and cheese... Oh and there isn't even any crust on the quiche.
Instead of eating a dish bound by a delicious crust, I had to try to peel the eggs off the side of the sticky muffin wrapper that they came in. I probably could only eat 75% of it without also eating paper...
In an airport filled with mediocre, overpriced food, this quiche should win an award.

Best $20 fast food airport sandwich (grilled chicken mozzarella) I've ever had in my life!
The staff was tired when I ordered–it happens to everyone.

I adore Marlena, I wish she was at a local bar so I could come visit her outside of the airport. Great vibes, she makes excellent cocktails, excellent service. 11/10

We had the pleasure of sharing a meal at LouLou Market, while we enjoyed our Pineapple Mimosa & Stella. OMG! The breakfast croissant was delish! We also shared a lemon slice...to die for! So fresh! Thank you to our host, Isiah, who was So friendly and went above and beyond during our visit. So glad we stopped! Thank you so much
