Yikes. This $18 turkey sandwich was the messiest sandwich I've ever eaten and fell apart the second I picked it up. I don't recommend trying to eat one of these monstrosities on the plane. Despite the wildly high price point, the chips they give you are regular Lay's. The person who took our order was unhelpful and disappeared as soon as I put in my payment. This place is not worth it.

Don't order the sandwiches if you're planning on eating them on the plane. Stale bread and the way they assemble them make them impossible to eat easily. Chips included in meal are cheap Lay's chips. Definitely not worth the 30 bucks and was way too messy to eat without a fork. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich. For 14+taxes you would expect it to have some filling inside. It had half a stripe of bacon, barely one egg and likea quarter tea spoon of cheese.Really bad, I left hungry as hell avoid it at all cost.Coffee here is bad too, really watery no taste of coffee at all.My husband ordered the deluxe sandwich, that was actually quite good, and why I give it 2*.Won’t be coming back.

Atmosphere and price are as expected for an airport restaurant. Careless serving and the food was not good. Produce didn’t taste fresh, sandwich was cut in the wrong direction, half the toppings fell out when presented to me, and sauce drizzled on top of the sandwich instead of inside it. Employees don’t seem to care, and traveling to and from SeaTac airport a lot, I will definitely not (nor do I recommend anyone else to) eat here.

Rude staff and terrible food. I think they served me Lays potato chips with my breakfast sandwich. Gross.
Staff is very friendly. My boyfriend waited a while for his clam chowder and the staff noticed. They gave us an extra bowl of clam chowder for compensation. They were very sweet and friendly through the whole situation.

Waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches that they warm up and they somehow messed up the order. We wanted a refund but they instead warmed up a new sandwich and didn't include the mayonnaise we originally did not want. So took roughly 40 minutes to get an average warmed up sandwich that was very overpriced. Could've been a couple of simple mistakes but still not cool. Ambiance is pretty decent though other than that. Still would never ever go here again
