We were returning from Vancouver, CN on June 26th, I was craving Mexican food, got off the plane, and this was the first restaurant. We didn't order at the kiosk because it clearly states that it is for to-go food only (some people are complaining in the comments that they had to leave after getting their food, well duh, read the posted signs first). We waited for a staff member to seat us. From ordering to us eating and leaving only took about 40 mins. They were super busy.
Honestly after what a disaster Seattle's tsa precheck was this spot was exactly what I needed. The espresso martini was one of the best ones I’ve had. As busy as it was with people in and out the bartender was able to handle everything very well
A bit small cafeteria but I had one of the best pollo bowl which is surprising given it’s a random airport restaurant! The sauce was terrific and blended well with avocados and black beans. Perfect portion of quesos as well not overwhelmingly cheesy
