I tried to order here but neither the server nor the cook spoke English well enough to answer a question about the menu (what flavors of chicken wings do they have?). At this point I left and judging by other reviews I think that was a good move.

Don't waste your time. Employees don't bother to open up remotely on time and they DONT honor the Priority Pass that they advertise.

really nice staff, good pastry. Require reasonable wait time for warm food but will recommend if not in a rush.

The food service helpers were incredibly kind and gracious even when dealing with the busy demands of sometimes racist and unreasonable visitors, mix a good tequila and soda at lightning speed, and serve up tasty paninis for the weary traveler. Support these frontline workers, they rule.

$19.90 for a to go salad and you use canned chicken? seriously? If that's not canned then you've perfected mimicking it. Bravo.

No advance warning. This is a fault of this lounge and of Chase Bank. They are incahoots.
Priority Pass, or PP, as issued by Chase Bank fails to work here.
PP from other banks miraculously works here.
Stay away -- Scam!

i didn’t really enjoy how i was treated by the staff. no respect and seemed very annoyed of me when i asked about my order after 15 minutes. other than that the food was pretty good, i got the fettuccine alfredo, and honestly it was a bit pricey but they give you quite a bit.

The food is barely passable. The shrimp po-boy has 4 medium shrimp for the whole 12 inch sandwich, 80% bread. And for $22. Robbery even by airport standard. And they ran out of food at 7pm at Saturday.

We ate here using Priority Pass $28 allowance each. Clam chowder is tasty as well as the breakfast bagels.

Terrible service, overpriced food that mediocre at best. How can it take 45 minutes for a cup of soup and a soda to get to my table? It's not like every single person in an airport has a schedule to keep or anything. Avoid at all costs.

Went here only because Priority Pass showed there would be a discount. After ordering and waiting to pay, we were told they only accept certain cards connected to your Priority Pass profiles. My wife used her Chase, but was rejected. I came in to save the day with my capital one card, but that was rejected also. So, yeah - this place is dumb. They also just randomly decided to shut the whole place down for a group lunch break, despite 3 people in line behind us. Bizarre
The cashier was extremely rude. I have an egg allergy and she lied by telling me that everything on the menu had eggs. I requested the allergen guidebook and slapped down a binder in front of me expecting me to find the allergen info even though it was not in there. The chef making the food said the flatbread did not hand eggs but she shut him down and said that it does because she “worked here for 4 years”. It turned out she was lying because I tried a slice of the flatbread and did not have a reaction despite having life-threatening food allergies. She chose to lie to avoid serving me. It showed a complete lack of professionalism. I think this place needs to retrain the staff and get their allergen info organized.
