I want to warn fellow Indian travelers about my experience at Peet’s Coffee in the Seattle airport. I ordered a French Vanilla latte, but the barista tried to give me a Hazelnut latte instead, even after I clearly stated I have allergies. Only after I insisted did he reluctantly make the correct drink, and honestly, it was nothing special.

While I was waiting, I overheard the staff mocking an Indian customer who had asked about an extra cup, laughing and saying things like “they always do this and their always here.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, rude, and discriminatory.

Between the poor customer service, the disrespectful behavior toward Indian customers, and the subpar coffee, I would strongly advise against spending your money here. There are plenty of other options in the airport that are far more welcoming and professional.

Small coffee shop with decent café options and a reasonable service with moderate prices. Good spot to grab some hot coffee during your travel.

Took the order as if not interested. Didn't even know they had an item displayed after asking. The person at the counter looked like disinterested in the job. Messed up the order and we had to show the receipt to get our items to eat. Please teach the staff on proper service etiquettes.

I have no idea why people have it this much low reviews. Great coffees, some sitting places and near to the windows you can see some cool planes. Some wait time but it wasn’t that long. As this is a great coffee place in terminal S, they need more employees so people wait less. Overall great experience!

Terrible coffee. No caramel taste in a caramel macchiato.

I ordered the Pike Place clam chowder ($13) and asked for hot water in my thermos. The clam chowder was fine until I bit into a hard clam shell piece. I’m not sure if this quality control issue is from the chowder supplier or the store itself, but either way, this could have been a hazard if swallowed and bitten on with force.

As for the hot water, I appreciated that the staff filled my thermos, but the water was extremely hot. I waited for the water to cool down but it was still scalding hot, and I burned my lip and tongue on a small sip. For future reference, I want to recommend mixing the scalding hot water with cold water to prevent customer burns.

Why would you not have even ONE vegan option at an international airport? The only thing they had without dairy was cashews which I paid 10 bucks for! They didn’t even have soy milk. Embarrassing! Do better!

Don't waste your money here - it's very expensive and the quality is really bad, 17.63$ sandwich. If I gave my honest opinion I'd have to use words that aren't appropriate. I repeat: don't waste your money; you'll receive a really awful meal.

Super disappointed. I waited in a 20 min line to get yelled at by the employees. I ordered didn’t finish my card transaction and a different customer started being helped at a different kiosk. No big deal so I finished and walked away. I walked away without my ticket number but no one was helping me…sorry I assumed next steps were waiting for my order. And then got yelled at by the employees that I didn’t get my number. I spent $20 on just a breakfast sandwich to be yelled at, at 5:45am.
