The pizza crust was light and crispy while the toppings tasted incredibly fresh.

Poor customer service - didnt pay attention to order - provided 2% milk instead of nonfat. When I asked about it, was remade drink which was very poor - frappe looked like a juice.

24 Aug 25 @ 845am Peet’s is one of my favorite places. This one at the airport is not. The employee who made our drinks made the worst mocha I believe I have ever had. The only thing they got right was the temperature (ordered hot). It was also nice to learn all about how an employee got screwed out of her break and she couldn’t care less about her job. It really added to the charm and good travel feeling. Keep up the great work and you’ll be a Dutch bros before you know it.

Probably the worst most expensive sandwiches we've ever had. 50$ for 2 sandwiches and 2 waters. Spicy Italian tasted like it was pulled out of an old vending machine, left to sit on the counter for 2 days, then reheated. Better off eating airplane food. Absolutely disgusting.

Had some of the worst food poisoning of my life after eating a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Stay away!

Listen👏to 👏me👏, PEETS Coffee. Having two people serving hundreds of people is a top-down problem. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES FAIR WAGES AND BENEFITS! I travel a lot and what I am learning is that what you see in customer service is what the priorities are at the top. These two employees are doing their best. And because they are understaffed (so one can assume - underpaid) we wait in line for 35 minutes for a cup of coffee. The coffee was decent. The management is inexcusable. Hire more people, Peets Coffee. Pay them and treat them well, Peet’s Coffee. Two people trying to do the job of 4 or 5 is all I need to know about your company priorities.

Excellent coffee. After being on vacation for a week, this was my favorite coffee of every place I've been. The flavor was excellent. I ordered a simple latte with whole milk. Sure it's pricey but it's the same price as any coffee shop. The employee Paulina was friendly and swift.
