Probably the slowest location. I’ve had two bad experiences here. Tried giving them another shot and they completely failed. You know they are slow when 3 cars in your lane back out and leave. I myself self backed out and left as well. The other location off of 128th is top tier. My first experience here two gals working the windows and the machine broke the one gal that took my order started to work both windows while the other gal tried to fix the machine and as I can see through the window, there’s three other people just standing in the back watching the one gal drowned, taking both orders from both windows way to go guys on teamwork. This time I didn’t even make it to the window on how slow it was. For the amount of time for me waiting I could have been half way to work in bellevue. Don’t bother coming here.

When I asked the gentleman if this was a cold foam and not a whip cream his response was “umm mhmm” clearly made it wrong and didn’t want to remake it. Never thought id be gaslit at a coffee shop before 😂Also, you can see the texture.. honestly, gross. Couldn’t even bring myself to drink it.

I'm a regular customer at this BigFoot Java location and I've always appreciated the service. However, I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I was waiting in line, and the barista was engaged in a lengthy personal conversation with the customer ahead of me. I understand the importance of building rapport with customers, but this felt like it was at the expense of everyone waiting. It’s frustrating to be held up when you’re in a hurry. I hope the management will address this so that all customers can get timely service

There’s 4 people in there and it took 20 minutes for 2 small drinks. Bro was on a ladder and had his whole feet on the counter where the drinks are. They were more just talking to each other than making my drink. I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but this was terrible.

The sugar free drink tasted bad but everything else was good. Good people and a very busy area. I would like to go back. The line was super long and they still got to us really fast and my wife and girls loved their drinks. The workers that day deserve a raise.
