Excellent speedy focused service the last two times I've been here this week.... The coffee itself is outstanding I order just a black hot Americano. I have not been able to find any coffee stands that can consistently make such an outstanding Americano.
(I previously posted that I got very poor UNETHICAL service here some time back. They must have gotten rid of that gal? She was DEFINITELY tacking an EXTRA dollar on 😲 And if she's bold enough to do THAT , I would bet she was/is ripping off BFJ in other ways.... Anyway great experience this past week... didn't observe her on the premises)

Not the best. Coffee seems to be ok in flavor, but whatever I have had it in, the coffee flavor is overpowered with all the other flavors or just watered down when getting a simple blended mocha. The problem is, this particular location is the only thing around for miles.

20 minutes to get a Mocha, Price changed to the correct fee once I questioned it. Asked for extra hot and not too sweet. Got extra sweet and luke warm. Will never be back!!

Big Foot Java is my go to place for great coffee options. Hot, cold, sweet, fancy, they can serve up whatever you fancy. You can get hot and cold options. The attendants are always friendly, the service is fast. The coffee is always great. And if for any reason you don't like it, they will remake it for you. My favorite drink is a white chocolate coconut, iced or blended. Always with whipped cream. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Keke’s amazing! Always friendly, quick, and actually cares about what she’s making. Only one to consistently ask to try her drink! Sad she’s leaving — afternoons won’t be the same. I’ll just have to come in during the busy mornings now.

Hot water normally is free. The manager insisted to charge me $3.50 for a hot water. I'm never coming back to this location. And I would rather look for another cafe at all - there's a lot of them out there.
Waited in line for 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, no large orders. A girl named Kayla made my drinks, I asked for no foam if possible. Paid almost $16 for 2 drinks and they were about half way full. Irritated isn’t the word.
