every time i come here the workers are always chatting so i end up waiting 20+ minutes each time i come here. Mind you it’s 11pm with 2 cars in front of me and it usually takes 20+ minutes to get myself and my partner a drink.

First time going through because of seeing so many good reviews, was immediately asked what I wanted and was not greeted kindly. They did not understand what I was ordering which was a simple blended drink I seen they had flavors for online, she appeared irritated instead of helping me out because I explained it was my first time coming there. I would’ve been fine drinking something else but the barista made it very uncomfortable and as someone in the same industry I expected better service.

I went here a couple times during my visit to Seattle. It was right next to the hotel I was staying at. So it was a perfect spot to get my morning coffee. The staff was super friendly. The coffee and coffee cake were so good.
First time here. Great experience. The barista was so nice. She made the tea exactly how I requested it.

Went here on my way home from work. It was 2am. The car in front of me took almost 10 maybe 15 minutes with them just talking. I got up to the window, she asked me for my drink and went to the other window to chat with another customer. No attention to myself who ordered a drink just then. Poor service. The hot chocolate I ordered also tasted stale like. No chocolate flavor whatsoever...A little bummed honestly.

been stuck in this line for about 15 mins not one car has moved. This is beyond slow.
