The food is mediocre quality and made with no interest. Staff 40+ tables and a bar with 2-3 waiters? Of course service is slow. Outside of airport this place, as is, would be out of business.

This spot feels like there’s little structure by management. The manager had his AirPods in and was on his phone, talking gossip with another coworker. Asked a bartender if I could get a refill on my Pepsi and she kinda shrugged me off lol. I was finishing up my meal when a server came by and asked if I was done with my tobasco? I politely said no, and he didn’t… believe me? Hovered and asked again in 15 seconds. Uncomfortable, I used a bit more in a hurry (cause that was weird). I slid it across the table, he takes it, goes to the table he was asking for, stops, COMES BACK and asks me “are you mad??” Of course I am KUYA you’re doing the most 😂 I say excuse me? And he starts arguing with me lol. Get another bottle of Tabasco, don’t beef with a customer
Airports suck, if you come here ask for Glazel (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she was calm attentive, even got the manager to allow me to complain but that guy looked overwhelmed. Tipped her extra for keeping excellent service in this fever dream of a dining experience lol. First time I’ve had bad service from Filipinos :/ so sayang. maraaming salamat Glazel!

Yes it’s overpriced but it’s an airport. Share a plate of fish and chips; the only good thing they offer. Excellent batter and great tasting cod. Service is painfully slow.

Worst service. They automatically close your tab after 45 minutes and charge a 22% tip. Seems like robbery to me, considering we didn’t get our drinks until 30+ minutes in. I even had to reorder my drink because they didn’t have an ingredient to make the one I originally ordered. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
We came here to watch the Seahawks and Mariners games, but the TV kept glitching out and the game wouldn’t turn on. We brought in takeout from our neighborhood and they let us eat there provided We buy a drink, an alcoholic drink. I ended up getting the gochujang hot wings instead of a cocktail and they were actually really good! Staff was very kind even though they were super busy.
