The other reviews weren't kidding. The amount of apathy from the server was ridiculous. Was constantly on his phone or watching the game while customers are waiting to get his attention. Honestly there's doing bare minimum but he was striving for lower.

I got a bowl of chili as a safe option but even that was gnarly. Looked like diarrhea, nothing but nondescript mince.

I would give it zero if I could. Would not let me eat at the bar unless I had an alcoholic beverage. I’m 3 years sober and they could care less. Asked me to wait in line for a table even though I’m a single traveler. Rude and disrespectful

25 usd for a vodka orange juice. No price on menu and no warning. They refused to take drink back. This is daylight robbery.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Bartender had a constant scowl on her face and extremely rude. Tried to order food and a drink (non alcoholic) and she told me I had to go to the other register even though my friends had just ordered from her. We tried to get a refill on our ice tea and had to go to the other register. When we went there they told us the bartender would give a “refill” for $4. Then the employees proceeded to argue on who would actually fill up our glasses. I’m glad I don’t have to travel through SeaTac much but this place seriously needs to be replaced or at least get some nicer employees. Traveling is stressful enough!
