Grabbed a coffee before going through security. The cashier seemed more interested in whether I had tipped than providing good service. I ended up paying $6.67 for what was essentially milk and cream with just a hint of coffee. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

Not once did the bartender ask me for a drink or anything. Even tried to flag him. Juvan J. Honestly, laughable at the service. He then awkwardly told people he served if they could close as his shift ended even though they had just ordered. I’m sorry this is extremely disrespectful in every way. Shame on you and the establishment.

Nut allergy warning: I was told that the Everything bagel does have nuts. I'm honestly not sure if they're confusing sesame with a nut, but I took the advice regardless.

The counter staff lady was very kind in helping me to order using an Alaskan Airline $12 travel voucher. I added a medium drop offee to my Plain Bagel with Lox cream cheese and paid the ~$1.50 out of pocket with no issues. 5/5 service.

Despite it being quite busy (every table taken, about four people in line in front of me, even some pets around blocking the line) I got my order within about seven minutes.

The plain bagel with Lox cream cheese actually had quite a nice lox flavor. It was no New York City bagel (quite smaller, not as chewy of a texture, less packed) but for the airport price of ~$9, it was a suitable breakfast or lunch snack, especially with a meal voucher (3/5). I'd come back if I had to get a meal outside of security and I had to burn a voucher again.

Racial discrimination. A middle-aged woman worker here today asked me and my family to change seat. After we refused, she put her hands on our carry-ons and said “these should be put outside.” Come on! Everyone in Sourced put their baggages inside. Next time, why don’t your staff asked a WHITE man to change seats and put their baggages outside. I’m referring to a female worker in orange this afternoon.

$18 Turkey club consisted of 2 see through slices of Turkey (?), smoked(?) Who could tell? Pick something else or bring your own meat.

Bagel with chive cream cheese was good.

Bartender/service was good. She was helpful.

Quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the service is about the same, and not just busy but very rude

As an Italian, with a lot of experience in this topic I can tell you that the prosciutto panini is among the worst I’ve had. No real mozzarella, they heat the prosciutto and it is 3x more salty than regular prosciutto. Not to mention that it is super expensive. I paid almost $30 for a sandwich and a latte. Also I wanted a small latte but they sold me a medium (because they didn’t have small cups)

Seattle is the worst!!! This place (this guy) kicked my daughter and whole family out for having a disability. They said they were going to contact the police if we did not leave.

No posted prices which surprise surprise are exorbitant

Had a matcha latte and beef brisket sandwich. Pricy cause it's Seattle and an airport, but the food was amazing, drink was great and service was wonderful.

I never write reviews but this was particularly bad. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, $17 before tip. It was as basic as they come with very little flavor, definitely not worth the pricetag. But the real issue was the service. I had asked for a sausage sandwich. When they called the Gavin sandwich and gave it to me I tried to politely say that I had ordered a sausage sandwich. Instead of them trying to find someone else they called over the cashier and both proceeded to sure with me regarding the sandwich. I wouldn't have ordered bacon as I much prefer sausage, but they wouldn't switch it. They told me I was wrong. I didn't feel like making a scene, so I left. It was abhorrent customer service.

My breakfast sandwich was great, it was nice and airy, not stale like other places I've eaten. The staff was friendly.
