The D2 gate Starbucks is the worst you'll ever visit. You'll find the staff with the most awful attitude and if you complain about a bad coffee and ask them to please redo it (which is company's policy) they will question you and tell you that they know how to make coffee. To make it even worse yesterday one of the employees there even threw the coffee away and said she refused to give service to us when we complained and told us that we should go get the refund because they were not going to give us our coffees. The worst attitude I've ever experienced ever at a Starbucks since I've been a customer. Avoid this shop, better walk 5 minutes and go to the main terminal shop.

The place is pretty nice, but the service is horrible, it took forever to make a Frappuccino, I had to ask because I thought they forget or lost my order and one of the baristas blows me away she say yeah is coming, go back to where you were, then another time pass and she was doing everything even training except my coffee, a I asked who is making it and she said over there then I went to the other team and the asame attitude, go back to your place. Meanwhile another costumer asked for an straw and another barista said go there you can grab one but the straws were right behing h and he just pass by and not even stop to answer him, so 3 employees together with the same attitude
