Lovely Starbucks to-go airport location. Staff were beyond friendly and wished me a safe flight.

Absolutely disgusting lids and cups. Ruins the flavor. They also weren’t friendly AT ALL but the main problem is that the cups and lids RUINED the coffee and it was super expensive.

Grabbed a Starbucks in the C Concourse at SeaTac, and was chaotic . It’s in a very busy stretch of the airport, so long lines are expected, but the operation itself didn’t help matters. The line moved slowly, and there wasn’t much clarity on where to stand or how orders were being managed. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and drinks came out in a disorganized order. I saw multiple customers crowding the pickup area, unsure if their drinks were ready or already called. The space is tight, which only amplified the congestion and confusion. Coffee quality was standard Starbucks, nothing more, nothing less. Overall, the lack of organization made this stop more stressful than it needed to be. I’d only recommend it if you have plenty of time before boarding.

Seriously stop with the paper lids. It’s insulting to coffee drinkers everywhere.

Catching in the morning flight out early 3:30 AM. This place is open. This place is clean this place has everything good menu even have breakfast sandwich, sandwiches and goodies as well as coffee and pumpkin spice. I would come back if you’re over here on the C 10 they will be open.

I had a Birthday Voucher through the Starbucks app but for some reason it wasn’t scanning at the register. The manager wasn’t sure why and told me he would cover it and said Happy Birthday. He did not have to do that! It was so nice and I really appreciated it.

Got my food out fast but forgot about my drink, the rushed to get my drink done and forgot to put the vanilla syrup in so it was very bitter. Very disappointing since they just raised their prices and I paid almost 8 dollars for a scrappy tasting drink.

I stopped here for coffee whilst waiting for a flight to New York. I am not usually a great fan of Starbucks but on this occasion the coffee was good albeit a bit expensive, the service was good and I was people watching which helped pass the time. The staff worked hard as the orders kept coming - well done!

No one is taking our order and the other people in the shop are just chatting and on their phone.

Store couldn't be bothered to utilize delayed flight food voucher. A starbucks store 5 minutes away inside the airport was able to utilize the voucher in accordance with airport policy.

Overall it was good, the line was long so we ordered off the app and it got done quickly. Only downside is they up charge by an extra $1-$2 compared to the regular stores because it’s an airport which isn’t great

Everybody here was super friendly! Line was long but went by quick! Note: they use “hot cups” for their iced drinks as well so keep an eye out for your drink

My experience at the Starbucks was actually okay but it was so severely impacted by the terrible quality of the cup and lid. I feel this needs to be raised until it's resolved. Brian Niccol are you listening?

I think the new CEO needs to fire whoever designed the new cups and lids. Does the project lead on this actually hate coffee and hate coffee drinkers? That's the only conclusion I can draw from trying to drink from this cup. My hands are burned from the heat transfer. It's such a common thing that they actually put two sleeves on the cups without even asking if you needed. The cup is just too thin.

And my mouth is burnt from the coffee spilling all over the place. Seriously, how could this even pass quality control? It's as though Starbucks is trying to limit the amount of waste they create by driving customers to other businesses to get their coffee.

And walking with this cup and lid. Coffee is spilling everywhere including onto my hands.

I know it's an airport and it's pricier, but at $5 for a grande drip with all this additional nonsense, I feel like I've been had! 🍭
