Disorganized, despite not being busy at all during my visit. Counter staff didn’t seem to be paying any attention, asking for my order multiple times and later neglecting to warm up the order until I had to remind them. The other staff seemed busy with other things and not really paying attention and ignoring customers waiting for their order to be taken.

I ordered a Turkey/provolone/pesto sandwich but I completely forgot to grab my wallet. I had just gotten off a 6 hour flight where a child screamed the whole time so safe to say my brain was a bit gone. My husband was holding my bag when I ordered. I had to go run and get my wallet (which took like 20 seconds) but the girl seemed extremely inconvenienced, even though nobody was behind me. Well, order came out and it was completely wrong. I waited to see if it was someone else’s…nope. I didn’t want to tell them they made the incorrect sandwich so I said screw it. When I say this thing had basically nothing inside…I mean it. I think it was meant to be a pesto/mozzarella/roasted tomato sandwich…it was basically just bread and some pesto. Very disappointing. 98% sure they did this out of spite. Mind you, this was $9.

It's a Starbucks in a busy airport, but it is also tucked directly into a busy corridor between the commuter gates and the main concourse, so good luck finding anywhere remotely quiet to enjoy whatever you get. It's usual starbucks. My drink was fine (White Mocha) but not amazing. Get caffeine here if you are in a rush otherwise there are numerous other options with more seating.

The most expensive and bitter starbucks order I've ever had. Almost $9 for a grande vanilla latte with whipped cream. They charge for both the flavoring and the whipped topping. Last time I checked a vanilla latte was the most basic drink you could order and it didn't cost you extra to add the vanilla. Most places only charge $.50 for flavoring if they do but this was $1.05 for the flavoring and $0.55 for the cream. I've never been charged for whipped cream at a Starbucks before in almost 15 years. Appaling. Do better starbucks.

Didn’t take long to get my drink but it was literally THE WORST matcha latte I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!! I order less ice but got ice filled up in the cup, tastes straight like water. The amount of the matcha powder used probably not even half of the usual amount…..paying $8 for a greenish ice water is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Worst teamwork and bad service. We wait for our coffee for 30 mins. And when ask for for the order the barista got mad. Bad service!

I wish I could tell you how it tasted but I never got my order after 20 mins and I had a flight to catch… apparently their sticker machine was broken and they were understaffed so nobody knew what was going on. Like this is an airport and people actually have places to be… get it together?

An order was placed and after 45 minutes of waiting we asked the employees why it was taking so long and the female employee completed the order, handed it over and when we turned to leave she made a very nasty unprecedented comment towards us for not waiting. It should NOT take 45 minutes for drink! It wasn’t even busy!!!

They provide little seating at high prices. The same order does not come together and are not grouped together either. No thank you for your business. Had a long order and ordered the same drink twice. First was good but the second was not seemed to be wrong drink and only 2/3 full. Ordered through app which was the best part.
