First off,i had a giftcard,and asked the graveyard shift worker if she could check my balance for me so I knew how much I had..she told me she doesn't know how to check the balance..so,I went back to my hotel room across the street,and my wife placed a pickup order for us both..I went back over to pick up the order using my wife's name..and the lady looked at me skeptically and asked me for a receipt,or a screen shot of my order...being that I didn't place the order my wife did,I just went to pick it up..I didn't have either..she then passed gas really loud,and a foul odor of moldy curry and fish..and didnt even miss a step or act like she just passed HORRIBLE gas....she finally relented and gave me my wife and I order..
The place was over run with homeless people inside and outside..it was a nasty environment..and added the fact that she was gassy....

I have had some bad Subway experiences before but the girl that made my sandwich this evening legit seemed like she had never been to a subway before. She was all by herself so I wanna cut her some slack but I had to tell her what came on the menu sandwiches and she got rude about it. Thanks for reminding me why its always worth the drive to Firehouse Subs.
To all vegetarians before they come to this location if they’re gonna give me a bunch of ruckus about me eating pork and cleaning their knives and changing their gloves, how do you think they treat your sandwich as a vegetarian?

I Had my food doordash to a hotel. They forgot to give the driver my drinks. Everytime I called, it went to to voicemail. Left messages no return call. No real customer service.
I did put my online order hours before the pickup time, but when I arrived the order was canceled..
A girl told me that they were out of Italian & herb bread. So Subway simply cancelled the order. She wasn't nice at all.
It wasn't pleasant experience and It would have been nice if they could told me sooner what happened. So I could put another order on the way.
I ended up making another order waiting and sitting inside store.. what a waste of time.

I stopped by the subway as I was staying in a local hotel since this is the airport area. The lady working there was not friendly at all. I kind of felt like I was bothering her, which is strange considering I was polite and I’m giving this establishment my business.

What ever happened to looking out for the best interests of the customer? Although my food order was similar to another Subway (except for the larger fountain drink and flavour of sub sandwich), the pricing was outrageously more!
➡️BOTH included a 12” Subway sandwich.
➡️BOTH included chips & a drink
These are similar meals. The pricing is MUCH higher at this restaurant!
I have attached the two receipts so you can see the massive discrepancy in pricing in a two day period.
NOTE: A tip was even included in the less expensive order from another Subway outlet! I still was charged about 50% more at this outlet than another Subway outlet! There is massive price gauging here! Buyer beware!

Super friendly lady at the front ! The best subway I’ve had by far she did an amazing job, Super clean, on a Tuesday at 4 am amazing ingredients and taste immaculate, she knows how to make a subway good! Way better than any other local ones, I’m gonna ask for her name gurpreet thank you so much!!! I’ll come here again for sure 🫶🏼🙏🏽

Punjabi worker refused to add more pickles since “I added enough”. Charged me extra 4$ for them without even letting me know. Had to ask for receipt since he ripped the first copy. That’s how I found out I’m being SCAMMED. He was really rude and talked with his friend the whole time.

The worker were so rude and charge me for extra avocado even tho I didn’t order avocado. He refused to put more toppings even I was willing to pay extra. Really bad experience. Customer service was so bad, speaking on his phone the whole time.

I work within the area between this store and the other next to the African restaurant and I prefer this location. The cleanliness of the store and the customer service has/is always, for the five times I’ve been inside, been very five star plus white glove quality.
The custom 🦃 foot long made by Christine was THE BUSINESS. Her customer service was engaging and chill just like the rest of the workers there I’ve encountered.
