I came to your establishment last night and ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and also left a tip. When I got home to eat my sandwich,, the bread was old and dry. Horrible experience!! You cannot cut costs by serving old food. Food poisoning is real. No one answers the phone calls. Very upset because I travel a lot and cannot afford to get sick from old food. This is ridiculous!!

Typical subway food. Not bad, not great. I questioned how much English the staff could speak but, they got my order right. Must be in a higher crime area.... 1 missing window, cardboard on another and yet a third cracked.

Unfortunately it seems like this Subway is scamming those from out of town. We were initially rung out for $26 and some change. My husband put his debit card in and it said approved. Then the guy said he didn’t charge for 6” sub so he added that and the total came to $30.43. My husband and I explained to him that the credit card charge went through and said approved. We even pulled up our bank account and showed him the charge was pending. Him and the other guy in there both saw it and said, “Oh it’s pending, it will fall off”. We explained to them that we wanted to make sure we weren’t charged twice and they said we wouldn’t be. Of course, we got charged twice. The one amount DID NOT just fall off. We called the store and explained the situation and the guy said, “Well what is the problem?”. My husband explained that we were charged twice. He said there was nothing he could do. So be careful if you go to this subway that this does not happen to you. Maybe pay cash but make sure they give you the correct change…

Someone asked for vegan and they tried to add bacon. I asked them not to put ham on my sandwich and he did anyways. No big deal, im not picky, I guess I'm eating ham today. Not only did he taint their vegan sandwich with the fistful of bacon he just grabbed and didn't change gloves, but he also dropped my sandwich in the vegetables. Somehow they managed to give me the wrong sandwich after all that and got an attitude when I simply asked for my money back without mentioning all of the above. I can deal with getting the wrong food, it was their attitude and not giving a f&$@ about their job that really got under my skin.

I stopped by this place. I did not expect much being a fast food place. But I was very surprised, the place was very clean to begin with. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and nothing wilted. This was at night, so was even more surprised. Very attentive and good service. One of the best subways I had.

the owner made my sandwich and was so helpful and professional and pleasant. nice to NOT have some young kid who acts tortured to serve and being held against their wlll. i think subway should post stores that have professional and courteous staff - i might go more often. ..

Buyer Beware: this location will not customize your subway series app order. Big health hazard and impending lawsuit.I’ve been going to subway for more than 20 years. I even worked at one in college. This particular location seems to think they’re excluded from the “order your way” mantra plastered all over the website.I custom ordered a Subway Series sandwich through the app; simply removing the vinigarette and lettuce in exchange for mustard, mayo, spinach, and jalapeños.When I asked to have it remade the gentleman declined stating that they don’t make it differently than what it says on the menu. Clearly the gentleman was wrongly informed. He told me to do a charge back. So I’m going the extra mile to warn yall. Beware!

I went this place twice, and did not have a good experience. this is my last to try any subway sandwiches. The sandwiches I bought we try it, none of my children like it, so we felt bad though food, but what can we do. If you love to cook, it is hard to eat out.

restaurant was really clean and the line was moving really quick. I like that you're able to customize your own sandwich and all the ingredients seemed really fresh. I was really full afterwards and the price was wonderful for the foot-long size. The cashier was really friendly as well.

I ordered two of foot long and one of 6" subs online, picked up in store. When I got home opened the bag. Figured out all 3 of subs are 6" long ones. Really disappointed.
