I'm not a fan the kiosk system. Can't talk with a person. You enter the order and we take your money. A young lady came out and helped me remove the sour cream from my items. She was nice about it. No human interaction at the kiosk has me feeling like I'd prefer not to come back. And I haven't been to Taco Bell for 9 months. It'll be a while until the next time.

We live in anage wheree free refills are disappearing faster than a pack of smokes at an AA meeting. Not here! You can guzzle down as much soda as your heart desires. They even have depth charge sized cups. But here's the real kicker. With those free refills, you can have a different drink with each meal. You can start with a Mountain Dew Baja Blast, then switch to a Pepsi, and finally, wash it all down with a refreshing iced tea. It's like having a cocktail party in your mouth, but without the judgemental or insulting whispers from the other guests . So, if you're looking for a place that serves up Mexican-inspired food with a side of endless beverage options, Taco Bell is your holy grail. Just be careful not to overdo it on the refills, or you might need to set up camp in the restroom. But hey, that's a risk I'm willing to take.

There was an incredible wait (an additional 17 min from the promised time) for my food, which was ordered via the app. It appears that those in the drive thru and those who order inside via kiosk are given priority, based on what I witnessed during this visit.
I walked in and placed an order on kiosk at 8:40pm today. There were 3 orders in front of me and it took 20 minutes. When I got my order, I checked and it had beef instead of the subbed chicken. I had to wait another 5 minutes. The lady in front of me also had an issue. There are zero excuses for Taco Bell to take 20-25 minutes. Ever!

This is not a fast food establishment. It's slooooooow food. My order of one chicken burrito took 15 of waiting in the dining room. No cashier, just a kiosk. So expensive and not worth it. Avoid if possible!
