First of all, The Pancake Chef is an INSTUTION. They have been around forever, and have consistently great breakfast / brunch items and very kind staff. While I wouldn't order a dinner item here, you cannot go wrong with anything on the breakfast / brunch menu... including juice they squeeze themselves!

Fun and enjoyable dining experience. Had the pigs in a blanket and a side of roast beef hash. When ordering coffee a thermos was brought to table to fill my coffee up to my hearts content I really loved that. At the register you can buy a hat or a coffee cup I’m definitely returning for more food and to purchase a Pancake Chef coffee cup.

This place absolutely hit the spot with the food and the service. Sandy and Lou were incredibly friendly. We hope to stop by before our trip back home to Denver. French toast is on point with the perfect amount of sweetness. The country omelette was fantastic as well. Our daughter loved her blueberry pancakes. I can't imagine on the menu wouldn't follow suit.

What a delightful step back! Excellent food, plenty of it, coffee pot on the table. Our waitress was a delight. Old fashioned atmosphere like a short order diner. Would definitely go again
Very expensive for very little food.. $20 for 2 scrambled eggs, a tiny steak, and 5 pancakes. Medium rare steak was medium and ok. Eggs were eggs. Pancakes had no flavor
