Staffs here were the worst experience of my life. It's the rudeest person I've ever met.Sales weren't over but when I visited, they treated me like I wasn't there. I asked them twice and they didn't answer. When I placed an order I didn't tell them all but she cut me off in the middle and walked away. My order was left to another staff member and she was also the worst attitude. Being ghosted was the worst experience of my life and I don't want to visit again. They don't have the capacity to take service jobs. They are people I don't want to meet again. Thank you so much for ruining my day and making it the worst day of my life.Even one star is a waste of points.

Located in the Seattle Airport. Good place to get grab and go food. I wish they had more than one person to take orders and check out.

Inconvenient hours for a hotel snack bar to close at 1pm.

Filthy, old, and outdated. The area is sketchy and unsafe. Transients roaming the property. Check in line was ridiculously slow even though there were three people at counter. Room was on the far end of property. I had to walk long hallways, go outside, then enter another building. Did not feel safe walking. Very disappointed in the hotel especially since I paid $260 for a dirty room! Very surprised since most Hilton hotels are nice. Will never stay here again.

It’s 2 am as I’m writing this. I can’t sleep because this room smells so bad. Supposed to be a non smoking room, but its not. The rug smells like old restaurant and is filthy. Check in is a hot mess so there’s no sense in switching rooms. I have a feeling they all smell. My daughter booked the room so sadly I had no chance to look at reviews.

Worse treatment ever. Recommend you NEVER STAY HERE! Friends made our reservations and “Hilton” policy is to not allow us to check in without their permission. “Just call them”. Well, they’re in the air on a plane. Treatment was cold and in a “sucks to be you manner”. Manager said you’re screwed with folded hands and a fake smile. This was after waiting in a check-in line for an hour. Just a poorly run hotel. Hilton should be ashamed.

Not a Double Tree! Hilton should be ashamed to be associated with this facility. ?? Where to start? The Good: Good bed with fitted sheets that actually stayed in place. Overall the room was clean, however it needs a deep cleaning. There was some type of white residue proximately 2 inches from the baseboard all the way around the room and the baseboards had a significant amount of dust on them. The Bad: Room location- On two separate occasions and on the day of our arrival (using the app) I requested a room in a quiet location (away from ice machines, elevators, etc.). We were in room 901. NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR and directly across from the ice machine (which didn’t work). I did not go to the front desk for a different room. At checkin the clerk turned away several clients stating “the hotel was at full capacity.” Check in - Using the app I was able to check in however I could not get the electronic room key. Therefore I go to stand in line for 20 minutes just to get a key card. Only one clerk working! Also didn’t get any cookies but was too tired at that point to think about it. Room temperature - UNCONTROLLABLE. Set the thermostat to 75° and each time the unit would take the temperature down to 60°. Ended up cycling the unit on and off to maintain a decent temperature so we could sleep. Ice machines - The one across from 901 didn’t work. It had a blinking red light and a steady amber light. Try the 12th floor. It had a green light but was bone dry with no ice. No ice had been dispensed in sometime. Didn’t try any others, went to the bar and got ice. Normally I would have reported all of these to the front desk at check out. Once again long line and only one agent working. Walked out the door. A truly miserable experience!! I’m not sure we’ll ever use another Doubletree.

We arrived late - the checkin desk was a mile long and barely moving. Luckily we had a digital key, but the hotel was a maze and no one available to tell us where to go. The room was dated, but clean. We went down to the restaurant, and waited over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the waitstaff. When someone finally came, they said we had to go to the “family section” so we did. 20 minutes later with no acknowledgement again, we gave up. I understand people are busy, and I’m fine waiting, but when staff walks right by you without even saying “we’ll get to you as soon as we can” … that’s unacceptable. The breakfast line was just as long, and I heard people making similar comments about not being assisted. This is an airport hotel - people come in hungry and tired - and it doesn’t appear the staff here really cares. That said, the blond woman at the coffee shop in the am was very nice. I would not recommend staying here given the price and the other options available at the airport.

Parking is very difficult for those who only want to use this place.

Thank you Dee Ann for helping my parents get a closer room to the lobby!! My mother does not move well and Dee Ann stepped up in a huge way to assist with a room change. I appreciate you and will stay next time I’m traveling in/out of SeaTac.

After a long tiring weekend and too much time spent in airports all we wanted was to check in and get to our room. We couldn't. There was a line of 15 people ahead of us -- each with their own questions and situations-- and only ONE agent to working the desk. An additional agent only arrived after 25 minutes to help him, and it was still slow. I looked back 90 minutes later and the line was even longer. Other people have complained from other nights as well. Won't make the mistake of staying here again.

Horrible run down filthy hotel. Old stinky stained carpets. For 300+ $ a night and you can't even put a refrigerator in the room!? Do basic upkeep? I have stayed in days inn nicer than this piece of $#+ hotel. Only 1 person checking people in waited in line for an hour to check in And the 30 people behind me probably 2 hours. The restaurant your gonna pay over 25$ for a burger. You can take your free cookies and shove them. Will never stay here again. Would advise people to steer clear of this hotel. What happen to the standards of hilton? Hilton get your $t together!

After waiting a long time to check in, I was given a room at the far end of the hotel that was already occupied. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and only had this happen one time before. The desk manager said, "occupied? Was there a body in there?" As a matter of fact.... The rooms were severely dated--like 40 years out dated. Floors were dirty and shuttle was very late. skip this hotel, if you can. Not a winner.

There was a huge line when we arrived to check in, but because we are Hilton Honors members, we were able to check in immediately. Helen, who was working at the desk, was very friendly and accommodating and ensured that we had a great room and that we didn’t have to change rooms between our stay before the convention I am attending and as a convention delegate the next day. So glad I didn’t need to check in twice ! Later my husband and I had a drink at the bar. The bartender , Rob, was attentive and friendly-even though he was very busy. We would definitely recommend the Double Tree by Hilton SeaTac. Definitely would stay here again.

The only thing double tree is the free cookies! This is an extremely odd, confusing and very dated hotel. I don’t know the history behind the hotel but it resembled the inside of a dated casino and the Shining - Here’s Johnny!!! The signage needs updating as I spent ages trying to find my way back to my room when I exited the hotel via one of the wings then found myself trapped in an area of the hotel. The hotel staff appear confused and not on the same page with one another. I have stayed in many Double Tree hotels and aside from the free cookies this did not resemble it at all. The long corridors are quite daunting and you half expect to see a kid with a tricycle riding down the corridor. It is quite creepy. The room had a balcony which resembled a prison. The room was not clean. The reception staff were incoherent and the breakfast didn’t get any better. When we approached breakfast we were asked for a voucher. To which I replied ‘what’. She then said where’s your voucher. I then said I am here to eat breakfast not play Bingo. I was then sent to reception. I was then told you should have your voucher, you can’t come to reception expecting another voucher. I said I don’t know what you are talking about I have just come to eat breakfast. She then gave me 3 tiny pieces of paper and said this is a one off don’t lose them again. No explanation. Extremely confusing. There are lots of options for hotels at the airport. Do not be fooled by the Double Tree by Hilton. It isn’t. Do your research and stay elsewhere.
