Issues
Overpriced: $20 for a burger is insane
NO VEGGIES: No tomato, no lettuce, not even a pickle. Truly pathetic.
Didn't call my name when my order was ready

The food itself was ok.

Beware, the employees here have no care for food safety. Not something you want if you are about to be stuck on a plane. They gave a lady french fries instead of tater tots, when she brought them back they poured the fries back into the pile of fresh fries and served them to the next customer.

It's also very hard to mess up a cheeseburger, but they manage that too.

Only thing that tasted real was the little packet of pepper. Really gross food masquerading as "True??" I got a stomach ache before I finished eating. Fake cheese "sauce" instead of cheese, preservatives and sugars galore, not sure the fries were real, looked like some of that extruded liquid crapola? No pickles or relish. I was worried the "True" sauce might be too spicy but no. It was completely tasteless. In the so-called Capitol Hill Food Court but, man, Capitol Hill used to have good food, not fake food. Corporations getting in to business for money, not food and definitely not for people. They should have to eat this food all their lives; no doubt short lives, absent taste or nutrition in their salt patties. And the poor people who work there. How awful for them to work in such an unhealthy atmosphere and to have to prepare crap non food all day. Horrible. Sad. Tragic, really. Hope they chant or meditate or something. Free the people and bring back real food.

Took 20 minutes to get my food. Fries were under cooked and burger tasted like cardboard.

$9 for a dump truck of chili cheese fries at an airport? I can dig it. Filling when on a budget.

FOOD: I really enjoyed my Impossible Burger. Came with generous side of fries and the patty was well seasoned. It is expected to pay more for airport food but at $15.99 before taxes, I think it's one of the more affordable food options that will fill you up.

FYI: I'm a Coke person but they only have Pepsi. So if you're like me, grab a bottle somewhere else before getting your burger ;)

SERVICE: Order and pay at one of the self-serve kiosk. My order was ready in about 5 minutes.

ATMOSPHERE: I didn't have any issues finding a place to sit. It was actually less busy than other places I've walked by. Lots of natural light if you can get the seat by the window. Way less gloomier than the rest of the airport in my opinion. Actually felt like I was able to de-stress a bit.

LOCATION: I had a hard time finding this place, so here's a helpful tip. It's actually inside the Capitol Hill Food Hall. The food hall itself is across from Swarovski by the A Gates. Another landmark is that it's just a few shops down from Manchu Wok. If you're at other gates, just take the train and get off at A Gates and it'll take you pretty close to it.

Safe travels everyone!

Terrible soggy awful burger. I thought “they cant screw a burger up.” But they did. The fries were fine. It did not leave a fresh good feeling in my stomach.

Mediocre food, mediocre service. Question the cleanliness and public health rating as the main cook was handling raw meat patties and proceeded to prepare food without changing his gloves.

I don’t know what sucked more, the food, the price, or the wonky self checkout experience. After a long flight, the last thing you want to do is fumble with the unintuitive self kiosk. Then they have the gall to request a 20% tip, what a terrible experience.
