As for every other eatery at SeaTac, this place is most likely figuring out a way to serve Cisco food in a different manner but when you're talking burgers, there isn't much you can do. Served on a typical bun with a side of fries that are cooked in toxic seed oil, one can only demise that True burger isn't true at all. If you care about your health in the least, you will stay away from this cancer-causing excuse of nourishment at all costs.

Very rude customer service

Terrible food. Overpriced. Chicken tenders were actually chicken nighters shaped like tenders.
The French duo was amazing, and chicken strips were wonderful. Service could’ve been friendlier and less computers, more face-to-face

Cafeteria fries and overpriced, honestly go get fast food for $5 instead of this for $20+ because it’s the same thing, maybe lower quality at True Burger. Also owner doesn’t pay their staff and wants you to tip on this junk.

I was starving after the flight to Seattle, so I figured a chicken sandwich was familiar and filling enough. You place your order at a kiosk, so besides being called for your food, very minimal contact. There was a long wait for the meal to be made, but at least there were chairs nearby to sit and wait. The chicken itself was okay, not worth the wait. It looks like they splattered, then brushed Taco Bell's hot sauce onto it. To top it off, I spent most of my first day in various bathrooms.

The Seattle Dog is absolutely massive and delicious, definitely one of the few options in the airport worth the price.
Service is basic, but fast. They forgot to upgrade me to sweet potato fries, but honestly, I didn't even care when I was eating that hotdog.

Both our burgers were overloaded with ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Employee was eating off the line. Same employee was using cell phone with and without gloves. Food was tasty but EXTREMELY messy. I consider it unprofessional.

Do you miss chicken tenders that they served in your school cafeteria??? If so then this is the place for you!!! Except you pay $16 not $2!!!!
Terrible food. & you order yourself at a kiosk that asks if you want to tip.
The people working there are nice, but the burger was the worst I've ever had. It was drowning in mayonnaise ketchup and mustard so much so that the burger was sliding and the wrapper was dripping in the condiments. Fries were unsalted... for $18... though it was purchased with a meal voucher for a cancelled flight it still tasted like regret.
Avoid this place. One hardworking woman. Way Understaffed. Ridiculously long wait for a sub-par burger. And who has 25 minutes to wait for food in an airport of all places?
