I had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for great food and good vibes!

Changing my review from five stars to one star. This place went downhill so fast. It’s gotten super dirty — food all over the floor, tables not wiped, and the seat cushions are covered in stains. I even saw silverfish crawling on the furniture. Be careful, you might end up taking them home with you.Prices have gone way up lately, which makes no sense for a place that’s nowhere near Seattle or Bellevue. There’s no staff anymore — everything’s done through a screen, and the person taking your order is overseas. That would be fine if they were passing the savings on to customers, but instead, prices keep climbing. If there’s barely anyone working there except the cook, why is the food more expensive than actual restaurants in Seattle and Bellevue? And they still ask for tips on top of that. The internet connection is terrible too, so half the time you can’t even hear the person on the screen.Worst part? I paid $22 for a basic chicken biryani with no condiments, and found a bug in it that looked like a small roach. Totally disgusting. Threw it straight in the trash

Original review:
As someone who loves authentic Indian street food, I can't say enough good things about Urban Tapri. The chaat here is an absolute standout—it genuinely tastes like the chaat you would find on the streets of Lucknow, with that perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and sweet flavors. It's a rare find, and it instantly transports you back to India.

The quality of the food is top-notch, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. What makes it even better are the prices; they are very reasonable for the quality and portion size you get. If you are looking for a taste of true, authentic Indian street food without breaking the bank, Urban Tapri is the place to go.

Tasty Indian (and Burgers) available late too. Had the rice dish and it was very good especially with the yogurt sauce. I ate in their pleasant seating and was treated to a small dessert and more yogurt sauce. Will be coming back to try the Butter Chicken and others.
And it was open till 2am so perfect after a late night movie. Portion was big enough for two. Enjoy!

Lalit was the kindest host. Beyond the food being full of spices, flavor and variety, the service is worth leaving a review. He was attentive, helpful and even packed up my meal for me and siran wrapped it so it wouldn’t spill.

Surprisin taste for the neighborhood. Lalit made some good aloo tikki burgers for us and served them hot. Definitely a good stop to make when waiting for someone at the airport.

Absolutely delicious Indian food! I had the Butter Chicken Kathi and loved the complex spices. Lalit came out with takeout containers and was so helpful.

The menu on Google isn't updated. I went here with the expectations of getting to eat stuffed parathas, but there were none. Definitely liked their vada pav, but it came with schezwan chutney (very unconventional). However, their kathi rolls were very oily for my liking. Peri peri aloo kathi roll also had a deep fried aloo patty, tasted good but again, too oily for my liking and actually lacked the peri peri flavor. Portion size could be improved for the cost per item.

Lalit served us the food, really helpful and responsive. Overall experience was average.
