Really great bahn mi. Can’t beat the price!
i had a great time here, just expected my banh my could have been more crunchy and more flavorly authentic. I ordered beef banh mi, the white sauce devaluated my experience. The coconut coffee was too sweet for me. Lastly, I wished there staffs would not have ghosted me because I am Vietnamese
Such a perfect lunch spot! Cheapest sandwich in Eastlake and it’s soooo delicious!
Love all the teas too! The staff is so friendly and the space is always clean with good music!
Great milk team. 😋
Delicious bahn mis with great service. The chicken and pork are stellar. Love this place.
Really generous on extra protein options. Good combo option. Every visit is a pleasure here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The drinks are on a sweeter side, which is a plus for me. Bahn mi are of good size and tasty, with a little zesty flavor.
i’ve been going here for years, the drinks are great with many options, customizations, as well as food and snacks. regular size drink menu aswell as a few kid options, i haven’t personally had any of the food items but they look amazing. they have a small fridge with other things you can buy, such as bottled water or small desserts, and a small basket of chips.
Aside from the menu itself they have a nice indoor seating area and an outdoor kind of patio area that’s sometimes open. For indoor seating they have a kind of bar like table across the window with stools, and outside they have a few tables and chairs.
My experience with staff have also always been great, ive never had an order made wrong and their all nice to talk to, wait time is also never more than a few minutes even with other people there, ordering ahead is also an option.
Overall i absolutely love this place and would 100% recommend if your looking for a new boba place to try, or just a quiet place to sit and work/study.
Parking: small free lot at the building next door, often has availability to pull in if side street parking isn’t available, varies.
Kid-friendliness: have kid sizes on menu and have never been against people bringing in children from what i’ve seen.

Best pork banh mi I’ve tasted in Seattle, by a wide margin. Also a lovely little side patio and super kind service. Highly recommend this spot!

I’ve never had a bahn mi with such little meat , don’t recommend
Everything is very delicious. The Bahn Mi’s are a must have. When you order a fruit tea like their lychee jasmine tea they will put full lychee’s in the tea. They just do all the little things at such an affordable price. I stop by every time I’m in the area and they’re open.

Amazing boba tea, this is my new go-to spot! Love the pineapple dream and lychee jelly. Reasonable prices for a large boba. Very friendly staff and service. The shop has a cute, Instagram-friendly type vibe.
