Went to this establishment yesterday I would give this a 3 1/2 star, but the service was absolutely horrible. I watched the cashier turned people away an hour before closing, lock the bathrooms so that no customers could use it told another customer that she couldn’t have coffee cause they didn’t have any. When we asked to use the bathroom she told us it was out of order and had an attitude. I actually was excited to try this place since my son would visit this establishment when attending O’Dea, but after the way my family was treated I will never go back. If you want to have a long lasting place, I’d suggest removing the young lady who works at the front taking orders and driving customers away! To make things worse our family was there to get a break from the ICU at Virginia hospital after my cousin was placed on life support with very little chance at life. This girl added more stress to our day that was not needed.

I ordered from here via Grubhub. There was no option to order ketchup so I requested ketchup in the notes of my burger. I received no ketchup. All I wanted was a burger with ketchup. So disappointing.

Good solid burgers, friendly staff, good prices. Great local option in Wallingford. Daily Special a good deal. Will be back.

Burgers didn't taste good, it was trash. It felt like chewing plastic. I order fries as well. They never added fries to the order. Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend to go to this place. I got scammed.

Nothing to write home about. Bland Patty. Pretty sure it's just a frozen ones you buy in bulk at a Costco. Fries were crispy but no flavor. I even got the Parmesan garlic fries which is just a shredded Parmesan and a spoonful of minced garlic. Was expecting them being more mixed rather just it put on the top of the fries. But still the fries were bland. The salt and/or seasoning needs to be add right after they have been fried so they stick to the fries. Can't just shake salt into it afterwards.

Best burger in town!

First time trying this, it was pretty good!! I got the 206 burger and it was yummy!! Customer service was great, didn’t take long to get my food, and the area was nice! (:

Apparently, there are no teriyaki places open on Sundays..... We ended up here just due to convenience, and the fact that the place we were intending to go to was closed. I was not disappointed. The food was hot, fresh, and obviously cooked to order. The service was pretty fast, I didn't wait long to get my food. The pre fab seasoned fries were good. My bacon cheeseburger had real strips of bacon on it and a good balance of the typical burger toppings. I showed up hungry and left happy!

I've loved this company for a number of years now and am so glad they're finally in my neighborhood! They're food is so fresh, fries crispy, staff friendly, shakes on point. <3
