Lovely little neighborhood spot. Delicious options, they turn up the heat. You can watch em cook in the exposed kitchen.

Fair warning it’s about 15% more expensive than other Thai spots around and the portions are a little small but it’s a local spot and some of the best Thai in Wallingford.

Solid spot for vegetarian (mostly vegan, in fact) Thai food. They have a huge variety of offerings and the dishes are executed well. The staff was kindly willing to make a few substitutions for me at no charge!

The kao soi is outstanding, with a lovely mix of flavors and textures. You won't miss the meat! They also offer a nice mango sticky rice.

They also have free Wi-Fi!

This place is so great. The staff are amazing and so is the food. Very easy to make pretty much anything vegan. This is my third visit!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant!! The food is so good, I order something different every time I come here and I'm never disappointed. As a vegan it's so nice being able to go to restaurant and choose from almost all the options (there are a few dishes that have egg but otherwise everything's vegan!). Some of the dishes are more expensive but for the amount and quality of food you get it feels worth it. The servers are so nice and attentive, and the food comes out pretty fast. The inside of the restaurant is cozy and has a nice ambience. I've also ordered takeout from here and had good experiences with that as well. If you've never tried this place you are missing out!!

I have been going here for several years and have always enjoyed the food - it’s been my local go-to for Thai food. The last two times I’ve ordered takeout, the portions have been considerably smaller for the price. My entree only had a total of 5 pieces of tofu the last time I ate there. For these reasons I unfortunately probably won’t be going back :(

Was the most delicious Thai food I’ve ever had in Seattle. Food was affordable, had great flavor and good portion size. Would highly recommend this place!

vegans BEWARE. I asked multiple times whether the Khao Soi is vegan-friendly and was told yes, I called recently to double check, (because I came to realize the dish is traditionally made with egg noodles). Then they said the noodles in that dish contained egg. The fact that this place advertises itself as plant-based cannot give consistent answers about the products they are serving, or fully understand plant-based dietary restrictions is pretty shocking, and as a long-time customer here, a huge disappointment.

I understand, Joey (owner), that most of your noodles are rice noodles and therefore vegan friendly, the question is: Are your Khao Soi noodles egg noodles? I like your restaurant, but if you can't navigate these basic dietary restrictions in a consistent, well-informed, and well-advertised way, then I highly recommend that people following a vegan diet go somewhere else.

Wow -- Seriously good food. We recently started eating vegetarian and were worried about having a veg Thai meal that was as good as it was with meat. Well, we don't have to worry any more because the food here was much better than the vast majority of with-meat Thai we've had here in Seattle. Didn't miss the meat at all.

Don't remember the dish name but I had the curry that's served in a hollowed-out coconut. Delicious. Everything else we tried was good as well, including the pad thai.

I had the fried rice, customized it to make it vegan (substituted the egg with more veggies). It was very flavourful, the veggies were crunchy but not raw. Right level of spice too. My husband had the crazy noodles, added a fried egg on top and absolutely loved this dish.
Not only is the food delicious, but the staff is very helpful. I forgot my purse when I visited for dinner last night - this purse had my license, my passport, all my credit cards, my insurance, my HSA card, and a bunch of cash (yes - I was unbelievably careless!). I called the next morning, they found the purse, held onto it and, asked me to confirm my identity when I went to pick it up. Everything in the purse was intact and they even refused to accept any tip from me in exchange for their help. I'll be going back here for the food and the people!

From my partner: “That is the most satisfying meal I’ve had out in a long time.” Couldn’t agree more! Absolutely delicious every dish, lovely presentation, we can’t wait to come back and try more things off the menu.

Food is consistently delicious and they were willing to fill my own containers for takeout. This has become our go-to Thai spot in Wallingford
