5 spot cafe was good, but not great on our visit. It has great reviews and is a staple in Queen Anne, but not on our visit. The service was way too slow, and our server wasn’t very friendly. 5 Spot nails the cozy diner vibe with a fun twist. I had the blueberry pancakes and bacon — both hit the spot. Coffee was strong and bottomless. Service was friendly, but the weekend wait was a bit long. Still, the food and atmosphere made it worth it. Definitely grabbing a cinnamon roll next time!

This place has posters on its wall advertising being awarded the #1 breakfast restaurant in Seattle, but I can't agree with it. The food is a hit or miss depending on what you get.

The cheese curds were good, and the breakfast burrito was just alright, but unfortunately, the biscuits and gravy were not good at all. The flavor was so bland it had to be thrown away.
