Happy to see 85° is back in the ID. However this is much pared down compared to the 85° of yesteryear - there's very few options compared to a regular one, the shop is mostly empty space, and it feels kinda... Liminal? At least the drinks and prices aren't too bad. Unfortunately in the time 85° has been gone it's been easy (and necessary) to find other local bakeries in the ID with far more variety and coziness that will probably be difficult to compete with...

normally I really love 85c but this one is very much lacking at the moment. They didn't have much out or to choose from but I would assume its from the soft reopening. I'll come back after they've been open for a while; but in the meantime i'll go to Lynnwood. ps please open one in Everett!!

I'm so happy that the 85°C Bakery in Seattle is open again! It’s always a treat to pop in for some fresh pastries and a delicious drink.

For those who might be new to 85°C, this location doesn’t have a self-serve option because it’s on the smaller side—kind of like some of the locations in California, so it’s nothing new to me.
