We traveled to Seattle with my family had dinner at addy Abeba, the food was unremarkable comparing to other Ethiopian Restorant, the quanta firfir was great but the legs tibs had no test. The server was friendly but she was not presentable as the server, there should be a dress code wan you serve guests. That is my personal opinion. Overall i will 3/5.
Excellent food & coffee. The service was good as well!
Man oh man. The Vegetarian Feast alone is too much food for two. Love it.

Adey Abeba Ethiopian Restaurant offers delicious and large vegetarian options with sublime seasonings. The cozy vibe makes it perfect for vegetarians and vegans, and the atmosphere is amazing and authentic. The casual setting provides fantastic, authentic Ethiopian food that is best enjoyed by eating with your hands. Known as the best Ethiopian restaurant in town, it merges authentic food with a home-cooked meal environment. The service is excellent, and the lamb tibs are tender and yummy. The veggie combo is a favorite, and the pricing is great, with one combo meal being enough for two people. This family-owned spot has been around for many years and is a staple in the community, offering top-tier service and food that’s worth the trip.
