Fabulous restaurant overlooking the sound! Walked in on a weeknight and was immediately wowed by the views and ambience.
We were promptly seated and ordered appetizers - peruvian steak bites, crispy cauliflower, grilled spanish octopus, marinated beets. For the main course we ordered - Wild Alaskan Black Cod, Scallops & Halibut. For desserts we got their chocolate crunch bar, coffee cheesecake & carrot cake. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The flavors were on point, seafood was fresh, tasty well seasoned and I dont think there was any dish we ordered that wasnt that great. Their cocktails are beyond amazing! We had their version of a fusion Manhattan, Deep Blue, Salsa Night, Lemon Drop and espresso martini and everything tasted divine.
Service was top notch. All in all loved my experience dining at Aerlume and highly recommend this spot for date nights with a view.
Very bland, expensive and I'm guessing there was an attempt to be trendy. Disappointed with the overly charred vegetables and bland raw'ish "pork". I'm not a picky eater but for 40 bucks I expected more. I've eaten 25 dollar pork chops that had more flavor.
Skip this place, the service is meh, the food is meh, the price is crazy even for one.

Our server Kyle was awesome and we had a great time for my girlfriend’s birthday. Will 100% be back. The Coconut Curry Soup, Grilled Octopus, Pork Shank and Carrot Cake were what stood out to us on food. My cocktails were amazing as well (the 2 tequila ones they offered).
Hubby and I came here to celebrate his birthday. Service and food was great. Ambience could’ve been better if it wasn’t noisy compared to other fine dining restaurants we’ve been to which have a more quieter intimate setting. Overall the experience was good.

My partner and I were there celebrating an important life milestone! I loved that they brought out a little champagne toast and congratulations note for our celebration. That was really thoughtful and made our whole experience so much better! Additionally, the food was fantastic and the staff were all incredibly attentive. Plus the view of the water was gorgeous. Highly recommend this spot!
Visited this place for our anniversary. They made feel welcomed and pampered us with care. The manager stopped by us and we had a great conversation and gave us a good recommendation on the dessert. I would come back here because how well they treated us. I recommend this place.

The pork shank was very well prepared, brussel sprouts were great. Salad greens were very good with a light vinaigrette.The Salmon was horrible, farmed salmon, mushy, bad flavor and uninspired spinach and new potatoes. Service was excellent. Menu in general was BORING and lacked imagination. It seemed menu was designed around ease for the cooks rather than complex, high flavor dishes.

This was our first time at Aerlume. We had reservations on a Saturday and were celebrating our nephew’s 17th birthday. The entire staff was attentive, engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food, view, and ambiance were all outstanding. We had bread, octopus, and friend cauliflower to start. All three of us chose the pork shank with brussels sprouts for dinner, and split an order of scallops. Dinner was aesthetically beautiful and delicious. Desert included carrot cake and a chocolate crunch bar - those were also devoured. Will be back, and would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone interested!
New Year's Eve. Seated us promptly, and per our request, a view of the Puget Sound. Service was spot on, friendly, and not overbearing. Food was beautiful and tasted just as amazing. Complements to the chef. Fantastic experience! And my wife loved the entire experience, which gained extra points for Aerlume and me. I recommend visiting their site and joining the supper club.
