We came here as part of a bachelorette weekend, and the experience met all of our expectations! The food is delicious, and it’s in a great location.

Prices are fancier than the food.Salad is using lower end greens, and was stingy on the pear.Bread and butter comes with a drizzle of olive oil in the center, leaving most of the bread dry.Vegetarian dish was nice, especially the tempeh, but the rice cake underneath was a bit like a veggie burger.Black Forest cake a bit small and not rich enough. The tableside bisque doesn't really warrant tableside prep and was too cold. Same for the poke, too much at fridge temperature. It's not bad food, but at the price level, you shouldn't get those rough edges.

Vibe, ambience and view were amazing but vegetarian options were few. Pricey! We thoroughly enjoyed and recommend Desserts and drinks.

Great views, food and service. Given the up market price and positioning, the restaurant decor lives up to a bistro and not the extravagance of any top metropolitan high end dining establishment.

First of all, I want to make it clear that the service was not the problem, it was fantastic. But the food was beyond disappointing. Also there was somebody on staff who cackled like it was the lion king. Overall not what I was hoping for but willing to try again.

We just finished dining here for the first time and we were overall quite impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor. The service was alright, definitely not as good as the food. I was disappointed in our service, our waitress was a little cold and towards the end I asked if the $25 reward could be applied as I just signed up and she said “yes of course!” Then proceeded to charge my card the full amount. I said, “I thought the $25 was going to be applied?” She said, “oh no not if you just signed up. It’s for next time.” Which is what we initially thought, and makes complete sense- but when I had literally just told her I had just signed up and she said it would work I was then a little annoyed. Then she very rudely said “well there’s nothing I can do. We can’t apply it. Anything else?” Didn’t offer to ask her manager for an exception since it’s clearly just a misunderstanding. Luckily, before we left I asked to speak to a manager and he apologized for her behavior and applied the discount. That’s literally all she had to do. Anyways, we will definitely be back in fact I plan on coming back with my parents for my birthday in a month. Food was expensive but not anymore than other nice restaurants. The view was gorgeous and I love the ambiance of the restaurant, very nice aesthetically. I’d definitely say give it a shot if you’re considering! Closest place to Ascend (in Bellevue) in terms of food and views. They could learn a thing or two about the service from Ascend though ;)

A great place to host clients from out of State. It’s a ‘wow’ Seattle experience for them every time we visit. Aerlume is the whole package, but the highly intuitive staff seals the deal. In this particular evening, Chris took care of us. Thank you for your patience and relaxing approach. The best.

My fiancé found this restaurant and booked us a reservation to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Mark our waiter was very attentive and gave great recommendations like “lost in the market” it was delicious! The food was ok to me I know my fiancé really enjoyed his dinner. There is a beautiful view to enjoy during daylight and a cozy atmosphere at night.

We spent Valentine's dinner at Aerlume and couldn't be happier with our choice. Our dinner cost includes a bottle of wine and a few martinis, but we enjoyed every bit of our dinner. The atmosphere was amazing and the seating allowed you do feel comfortable even in at a center table. Our Waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the offerings for not only food but drink options and the overall team was extremely observant and on point with the entire dinner service. We would definitely recommend Aerlume as a romantic option or definitely business casual option, also just as a general choice for quality food and service. Thanks to the team!Parking: The easiest and quickest parking option is at Pike Market garage.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is very accessible.

Ambiance is amazing, our waiter Chris was super helpful. He suggested us very nice cocktails and try to make everything nice for us.However, the food was disappointing. Octopus was dry. I ordered Goat Cheese Caramelle and immediately changed with another plate because the meat itself was smelling bad and not chewable.
