If I could give zero stars, I would. The pricing is inconsistent—what you see online, in-store, and on the menu are all different. The food is just okay, but definitely overpriced for what you get. Customer service was disappointing, and anytime we brought up an issue, the response was simply, “We have a disclaimer.” Save your money and choose a different place that values transparency and customer satisfaction.
Great restaurant, awesome pizza and pasta with halal options. Great friendly staff.
Calzone to-go is a great deal. I like their crust. Good price. Stuffed with toppings. If you live nearby, it’s worth trying out. Usually ready for pickup in 15-30 minutes. Never had to wait any longer than that.
Came here with a friend yesterday. Shockingly, the food was great - we got pepperoni pizza with added sausage. It was New York style and delicious. Service was good and friendly; the guy on shift went out of his way to check on us multiple times while we were eating. The dining space is cluttered and dirty. All the booths and tables were old, and there were a few flies lurking around that wouldn’t go away. Still recommend trying it out, though.
Great food best pizza in Seattle great place!!
Starting with the website, there are no descriptions of what is actually on the pizzas. We went with the meat lovers and a garlic bread. We ordered on the phone and they said 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I arrive and see the person taking the garlic bread out of the pizza oven. I then ask how much longer for the pizza and he said “a couple minutes”. I then watched him put the pizza in the oven. 20 minutes later I asked how much longer and he said almost done then rushed to take the pizza out instead of giving me an honest answer. Below, you can see a half cooked pizza which I have never seen before. It seems like you would really need to try to cook only half a pizza and as a pizza restaurant this is pathetic. Don’t forget it was 20 minutes late and then packaged with the garlic bread heated up 20 minute ago when I arrived. The pizza was worse than it looks and the garlic bread was obviously cold. Overall, this is a joke of a pizza establishment and if you are looking for a slice or a pie go literally anywhere else in the city of Seattle. And if you really dare to try this place make sure to factor in an extra 30 minutes so you don’t have to wait inside which is at least 80 degrees. A truly awful experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs
Great place local family business!!
East coast vibe yummy pizza. A bit pricier especially considering the lack of meat on a pizza with beef in the name

The wings were slightly undercooked but that's okay, I just air-fried them when I got home. The man working the counter when I got there tonight (10/29 @11ish pm) was super friendly and helpful and for that y'all deserve 5 stars alone. The meatball sub was good, would be better with another meatball or two since it was mostly bread but I was able to add black olives though for no upcharge to my online payment.I do love this place, it's super convenient and open late. Thank you for being available to use who work late at night

Just a health hazard. No gloves handling food.
Pretty decent pizza. A little greasy but it’s good. Could be more crispy.

I have always had great service . The owner and his wife are great. But recently this last year or so the service at night is horrible they get my order wrong every time it has been 8 times I have eaten here in a row that my order is totally wrong ( because these men don't speak any English , well not enough to get the order some what right. This is the last time I have gone to Alberonas to eat . Sorry to the family I get keep wasting my money. I wish Alberonas well and a happy future and to stay in business but the way these new employees do things it's going down hill fast . I wish you well though ..Thanks for the sweet memories though

Absolutely fantastic pizza, one of my favorite spots. If you like a thicker pizza this restaurant is definitely for you. Reminds me a little of Piecora's if you remember them.
