This New American bar & grill nails the PNW vibe. Their foraged mushroom toast was earthy yet crisp, and the halibut was cooked just right. Atmosphere is polished but not uptight, perfect for a treat-yourself night out.
We had a great dinner. Food was delicious and service was quick. We thought we would be late for our reservation and the host, Warren Hasty, was kind enough to work with us to change it. It was noisy in the dining area but close to Paramount theater and would recommend if you are seeing a show there.
Food exceeded our expectations! Great portion and good value. The restaurant is part of the Sheraton hotel, so it’s a bit difficult to find. The address will take you to the back of the hotel where you’ll be greeted with a sign telling you to go to the front of the hotel. Not ideal and a bit waste of time. Go to the main entrance of the Sheraton and follow signs once inside. We enjoyed breakfast and the coffee was good. We would come back for sure.
