We ordered a burrito and a torta. The order was placed online, so we asked for no onions and for the meat to be cooked extra in the torta and requested to add extra sour cream to the burrito (which we were charged for). The meat in the torta was not extra cooked and the burrito had no sour cream at all. They did the opposite of what we asked for. If you want to eat food made the opposite of what you ask for. That’s your place. If the meat was better seasoned maybe I would’ve given 2 stars but the food isn’t flavorful.

Food is great but they need to get pumps for the hot sauce instead of open containers. I put my order in two weeks ago and got my sauce then watched a homeless person hold their half eaten burrito over the sauce and ladle hot sauce over the burrito while the excess ran back into the container.

We only order to go from here. We used to love this place. Tacos were fantastic for the price, but recently- maybe the last 3ish weeks? They raised the price (which I have zero complaints about) but they also reduced the amount of meat by a fair amount. So now the tacos are more just average. Good go-to for late hours but if other taco joints are still open, I’ll go elsewhere.

There's an insidious conspiracy amongst Seattle restaurants to close well before certain segments of food seekers, be they the partiers or working the late shift and clocking out in the early morning, have limited to no options.Albierto's boldly breaks with this tradition and serves a variety of tex mex and Cali Mex comfort classics through the little hours of the early morning when people need somewhere to go after the clubs close or they finish their shift at 5am.The food is solid and filling and well priced and for that we thank Albierto's.

Salsas and other sauces were ???Quesabirria tacos were meh - meat was great but tortillas soggy (even dining in & eating them fresh), couldn't pick them up.Rolled tacos were ok.Would come back for the salsas and sauces and to try other items.
