My review is meant to result in improvement, not to be negative toward Alibertos. I grew up in southern California and when this location opened near my house I could not have been more excited so I'm the last person that would want a place like this to go away. Lately there have been a number of issues that are preventing me from wanting to go back though.I had one order that came out almost completely cold for some reason and I have had multiple orders be the wrong thing all together. Service is incredibly fast but this might be the issue. Slowing down to make sure orders are correct and that food is cooked is important.It's very disappointing to be looking forward to carne asada fries only to end up with a carne asada burrito. Or to have to heat up your food when you get home which is 3 minutes away. Or to pay for extra things like sour cream only to find none.All that said, When my order is right this is my absolute favorite Mexican food in Seattle.

Very good Mexican food.....BEST breakfast burritos....all I can say hahaParking: There is plenty of parking at this location on aurora, not sure about other locations but finding parking lot is as easy as pulling up to the building and finding a spit in there free-to-park lot...always a spit availableKid-friendliness: Just like any other restaurant, pretty sure they have a kids menu thoughWheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter and doorways are wide enough for anybody using a wheelchair or a walker.....

We ordered delivery from this location and our crisp tacos came with toothpicks insids of them. Every single one. I called the location and asked for someone to call me back but I never heard anything. The other two dishes seemed fine, but we were still freaked out we didn't eat our food.
Hung up on twice after receiving an incorrect item after giving order instructions (roll taco with filling option) but will change review after contacting someone and resolving. Ordered potato/vegetarian and received meat.Other 2/3 order correct and delicious, but dislike wasting food.

Carne asada fries are sooo good. Best midnight grub spot ever. Portions are huge (carne asada fries are plenty for 2 ppl) and super fast & friendly service. I’ve been like 10 times, no complaints. Not the best food ever, but still great being the only thing
