I want to like this place 100% but they've fallen into the category of places that charges more for a double shot Americano if you want it in a 12oz or 16oz cup with a little more water in it. Here, to get an additional 4oz of hot water, it costs $0.36, and for 8oz of hot water, it costs $0.86 more than an 8oz cup.

It's minor, but it's a stupid higher cost. On principle, I won't but coffee here again.

We've tried their crepes, which are tasty and filling. They are currently offering a pumpkin PIE latte, and it's excellent! Not so sweet, just right.

Woefully disorganized. The barista took to her grave that they didn’t forget to put the syrup in our latte - when we watched them change out an empty bottle without going back.

We got our coffee in about 5 minutes, acai bowl at 10, and breakfast sandwiches in nearly 30 - all to go, so the açaí bowl was nice and melted by the time we got our whole order.

We want to like this place, but they desperately need to work on process. Would steer clear at any busy times… like breakfast time.

Visited this place for the first time on Tuesday and it was so great! Super friendly staff. The food and coffee were great (and very inexpensive considering we're in Seattle). Great location. Would definitely visit again.

Top notch service and incredible kind staff. Excellent coffee, coffee drinks, teas, all sorts of healthy and sweet food items (I love the granola bowl, and buying a few bags of coffee for home). Atmosphere is welcoming and actually like a coffee shop should be — social, and plenty of room to work or focus. Of course, Ben and Jerry’s is right nested inside, and incredible.

You can’t beat this establishment.

Love this coffee shop, gluten free crepes and waffles are exceptional! Granola was not gluten free, as an fyi.

First time here at Alki Coffee. It’s a lovely establishment. Love the big tables and the open concept. Feels so spacious and not crowded! We had their açaí bowls and coffee. Delicious!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

WOW. So excited this place replaced starbucks on alki. Coffee is rich and wonderful tasting, and I love supporting local. Fun that the space also has a Ben & Jerry's.

Clearly ordered an oat milk matcha latte. 2 friends I was with heard me say it. Gal gave me regular milk. I’m highly lactose intolerant and didn’t notice until halfway through as I was just waking up. Will never come here again.

Please double check this next time guys.

Ruined my entire day.

They add a drip of milk and lots of ice to upgeade it to 16oz. Watery and the milk coffee is disproportional.

Imo thats a dishonest move. I won't visit this store again.
