Had the same experience as Jules' review below mine. Ordered $20+ short ribs meal, got charged extra for the smallest cup of mac salad...that's included when in Hawai'i. At least half the ribs were fat, NOT meat. Spam Masubi lacked almost any flavor. NEVER going there again, and EVERYONE doing take home needs to check their meal before leaving. They got their money though so nothing will change.

Zero stars all around the food didn’t taste good, but I decided to give it a chance, but I should’ve known better when the man is taking the Katsu out of the freezer and then deep frying it not very good. Disgusting. I’ve Had better ones. And the man was very rude when asking why we wanted to return the disgusting food. Overall disgusting.
