This Aluel Cellars location was a treat, just like the Capitol Hill location as well. The wines were very tasty and well priced, but the service was the stand out. It was quiet on a Friday afternoon, but the bartender made us feel welcome and struck up great conversation. Highly recommend!
We hosted an birthday party with approximately 30 guests at Aluel in May and it was perfection. Samuel (one of the two owners) was highly communicative which made planning, from the initial booking in April to the day of coordination, a breeze. Then, when the event finally came around Alex (the other owner) was one of the two staff on point to serve wine to our guests for the evening. We have been coming to the tasting room regularly for ~10 months and have always felt welcomed...
