Really enjoyed my dinner here! Small Thai restaurant made me feel like I was eating home cooking. Great service, good prices, amazing food!

Nestled in an unassuming strip of Roosevelt , Amazing Thai is a true hidden gem that serves up some of the most authentic and flavorful Thai cuisine in town. This family-owned and operated eatery may be small and unassuming from the outside, but step inside, and you'll be transported straight to the bustling streets of Bangkok. The menu is a love letter to traditional Thai cooking, with each dish meticulously crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes passed down through generations. The aromas alone are enough to set your senses alight, with the perfect blend of fragrant herbs, spices, and aromatics wafting through the air.On our latest visit, we indulged in two of their signature dishes: the Pad Thai and the Red Curry Chicken, both served with a generous portion of perfectly cooked jasmine rice. The Pad Thai was a revelation – a harmonious balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors, with perfectly cooked rice noodles, tender chicken, crunchy bean sprouts, and a sprinkling of crushed peanuts. Each bite was a explosion of textures and tastes, leaving us craving more with every mouthful. The Red Curry Chicken, however, stole the show. This rich, velvety curry was brimming with complex flavors – a masterful blend of coconut milk, red curry paste, and aromatic spices. The tender chicken pieces were cooked to perfection, absorbing the essence of the curry, while the vibrant red hue hinted at the layers of heat and depth that awaited. What truly sets amazing Thai apart is the love and care that goes into each dish. The family takes immense pride in their culinary heritage, and it shows in every bite. From the meticulously prepared ingredients to the perfectly balanced flavors, every aspect of the meal is a testament to their passion for traditional Thai cuisine. While the restaurant itself is a no-frills affair, the warm hospitality and friendly service more than make up for the lack of ambiance. And let's be honest – when the food is this good, who needs fancy decor?Amazing thai has become our go-to spot for weekly takeout, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Whether you're a seasoned Thai food lover or a curious newcomer, this hidden gem is sure to delight your taste buds and leave you craving more. A well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

Came here after a comedy show, almost close to closing time, host was very welcoming and sat us down for our takeout. He took our order and our food was made on the spot. We were in and out. I ordered pad see ew, fried rice, fried spring rolls and 2 Thai iced teas. Let me tell you, this is, by far, the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I don’t exaggerate when I say this! Literally a hole in the wall restaurant but the service is top notch and their food is really good. Yall won’t be disappointed! This will be my pit stop whenever I’m in the Seattle area.

I got the Pad See Ewi found these noodles to be pretty high-level when it comes to thai cuisinei've had lots of pad thai, pad see ew, and pad ki mao in the past, and this place did a fantastic job with their pad see ewthe best part were the noodles - they were large, wide, and incredibly soft and flavorfulthey served as a blanket to cover all other parts of the dish in a comforting, always there flavorthe entire dish was coated with soy sauce and a very sweet (maybe molasses) add-onI have to say, this was the sweetest thai dish i've had - I know pad see ew is naturally supposed to be sweeter than theother main thai dishes, but this was pretty sweet - it tasted really good though and there was a lot of itthe tofu was fine - it was pretty soft inside. i wish the outside was more crispy - maybe have it fried - but it was still good enoughthe egg was really goodi found the brocoli to be a little disappointing - it wasn't really tender - as it was instead somewhat hard and required a little bit of forceto eat - not as soft as I was expectingThe spice part of this meal was definitely a letdown. I ordered 4 stars, but what I got had barely even a hint of spiceLike I said, I get that pad see ew is naturally sweeter, but when I ask for 4/5 stars, there needs to be extra spice added compared toa normal 4 star spice dish in order to compensate for that. Pretty much no spice whatsoeverThe portion size was pretty good - for roughly 13 dollars, I got a pretty large plate that kept me full.overall, really strong flavor profile with good ingredients, but missing the spice necessary for the top tier. 8.5/10

Amazing Thai is truly amazing! It’s been my go to spot for delicious Thai food for many years now. Upon entering the establishment, you are greeted with wonderful service. All the employees are very kind and the takeout food is usually ready very quickly. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I recently had a really disappointing experience at a restaurant that I would not recommend to anyone. Firstly, the wait for our food was incredibly long, to the point where we were starting to get frustrated. It seemed like the kitchen was severely understaffed or just not functioning efficiently. We sat there for what felt like an eternity, starving and hoping that our order would arrive soon.To make matters worse, the restaurant was freezing cold. Despite the fact that it was a chilly day outside, there was no effort made to provide a comfortable environment for the customers. The lack of proper heating made it difficult to enjoy our meal and added to the overall unpleasant experience.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the long wait for our food and the uncomfortable cold temperature in the restaurant. It's unfortunate when a restaurant fails to provide basic necessities like timely service and a comfortable environment for their guests. I would highly advise against dining at this establishment if you value a pleasant dining experience.

I think this place is closed. The sign is off people are sitting inside eating at 6 pm. Google and everything else say it’s open until 9 pm but doesn’t look like they open until you get there to verify. Then you also see the sign “take out only” on the window. Wasted my time wanting to try this place last night. I'm not planning to drive all the way there again to see their employees sitting inside and don't want to open their door for business.
