This was my first time here, and I was torn between the egg sandwich with mushrooms, the frittata, and the veggie toast. The person on register was very helpful and ultimately recommended the veggie toast, which was absolutely delicious.Whoever came up with that toast clearly takes pride in what they do and knows how to bring together flavors for maximum effect. It had an ideal balance of creaminess from the cashew butter, tanginess and earthiness from the fermented carrots and marinated beets, and freshness from the herbs and greens on top.

Great quality coffee and consistency in the espresso based drinks. The macchiato comes with a palate cleanser which so far no other cafe i’ve been to has offered, so, neat. They also have a connected cafe which sells savory breakfast food which you should definitely check out.EDITThis is why I can only get cortados here. The baristas do not play.

love this place! fantastic coffee & service, great prices and they always pick out a good album to play! the line can be long, especially mid morning & on weekends, but I think that just speaks volumes to the quality of service and the sheer number of locals this neighborhood coffee shop serves. long live analog!
