Worst customer service. No chill at all. It's like being served by a Karen.

A pleasant, atmospheric place, though it can get quite busy and bustling from time to time. I once came here in a particularly interesting time in which there was a kind of Comic-Con occurring in the area, and as such, there were people dressed in these elaborate and quite extravagant costumes simply sitting in this understated cafe and sipping their coffee or tea. The experience was quite amusing, I must admit, simply because of the contrast. The teas are good, as is the atmosphere. I would not say this is my favorite place in Seattle, but it is a pleasant little haven to spend time with important people in your life, even if you are all dressed as Deadpool or Batman.

A cool ambience urban coffee shop with decent furnitures and fine lightings. For the price of this, the staffs can probably be a little more friendlier.

Before I begin, I’d like to say that I don’t usually drink coffee because of health reasons. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this cafe. As I first walked in I felt really warm because the staff were all very friendly and the warm lighting and black walls were modern yet homey. My colleague came with me and the staff were very willing to experiment different recipes with her and encouraged her to order whatever she wanted. I personally ordered the hot chocolate, which was beautiful with the latte art. In my opinion it was a bit bitter but I enjoyed it. Many cafes have watery hot chocolate. However, this hot chocolate was rich and creamy with a nice foam. It’s also pretty affordable for the Seattle scene. If you have the chance, I’d really encourage you to try Arrowhead and all of its unique drinks!

Always a great tasting cup of coffee, not a fan of rising prices but that’s not unique to anchor head

The coffee and tea were fine but the biscuits used in the biscuit sandwich were cold throughout and hot and crispy on the edges. I ate it because I don't want to go hungry, but DAMN that is like an ice bath out of a coma. You can tell there was a genuine effort and the art ontop of the mocha was a nice flair, but I don't think I'll be coming back for food.

Ordered almond croissant for take out and found it was burnt. Very bad service
My first day after I moved to Seattle, and this place is close to my hotel and decided to give a try. The location is great, and other than the fact that it’s dark inside (not helping much for the Seattle weather) the place has usual coffee shop ambience with some instrumental music. Ton of seating space as well.
As usual I tried my cappuccino and turns out there are 3 sizes (and all of them have 2 shots), although I first decided to go for the 8Oz option, it turned out to be really strong for my taste, and the barista gladly offered to make another drink (10 oz). My coffee is on-par with any specialty coffee place, and will keep coming back for the service to try other drinks.

So the coffee was quite tasty, and the atmosphere overall was pleasant. The biggest downside was the employee who poorly embodied a fake persona and a boisterous nature that is only reserved for one who is vastly insecure. It was a precise replication of the infamous Loudermilk Coffee shop scene. Seattle can do better.

Service was fine. I had a yummy banana bread & my Hey Boe (hazelnut, ubé) latte
was good but wish it was hotter and served in a coffee mug

The coffee has the flavor of hand-brewed coffee, but it is imitated by hand-brewed coffee using a machine.
Pistachio Milk Coffee Average
Love the dark atmosphere here, different from all the bright white coffee shops. We got the blackberry caramel latte and the hey bae late iced and they were very good and not overly sweet. Staff was super friendly.

Being an out of towner, needed to try different coffee shops since Seattle is known as the coffee capital of the US.
Anchorhead did not disappoint with their Hey Bae Latte. So creamy and delicious! I want to go back to Seattle just for that! We also had the Blackberry Caramel Latte which was good!
This was our 3rd drink of the day from a different coffee shop and it didn’t disappoint!
