The coffee was just okay. But the service was awful. The employee who took my order sighed when I told him what I wanted. If he honestly hates helping people, he would be better off finding a job where he doesn't need to serve people.
I will not be coming back.
I stopped by this location for the first time this morning and, unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience.
The staff came off as completely disengaged and dismissive. No acknowledgment, just a very “don’t bother me” vibe across the board. I ordered a pour over coffee, not realizing it wasn’t drip, so that took a while to be prepared.
After my coffee finally came out, my breakfast sandwich was nowhere to be seen. When I asked about it, the response was a flat “it’s coming out”. When I asked for cream I was curtly told, “it’s over there.”
All in, this was $17 for a basic coffee and breakfast sandwich, paired with some of the most indifferent service I’ve experienced in a while.
This was my first visit, so maybe it was an off morning, but based on this experience, I won’t be rushing back to spend that kind of money.

I come to Anchorhead during every visit to Seattle. Their flavored lattes, cold brew, and beans are all amazing. They are creative with the coffee craft and the staff are all really friendly. Even the food options are decent. There can be a VERY long line (20-30 min wait in line alone), so I would get there early if you can. The only downside to this shop is the use of a machine for pour over. The shop’s business does mean that a hand brewed pour over would take too much time, but the flavors don’t come through perfectly as the process isn’t dialed in on the machine for each bean.

Delicious coffee in Seattle. Exactly what I was looking for! Only wish I had purchased some beans to take home.

I was visiting from out of town looking for a quiet work spot. A little pricey but the quality is worth it! I couldn't find a charger but they had free wifi.

The sweet lady gave me an awesome recommendation for the toasty French latte! It was so good and I’m typically not a coffee person. The place itself was very inviting and plenty of sitting area for customers and even good spot to work from!

Coffee was good, decor was great with Christmas decors, pastries were delicious, and service is friendly.
This coffee shop is inside an office building so I didn't have much expectations. I always see a line of tourists so decided to try it! It did not disappoint. Coffee was well roasted and had deep flavors. The cheddar dill scones had the salty and savory flavors. The morning muffin had a good mix of carrots, raisins, nuts, and some seeds. It felt sweet when I bit into it because it had sugar on top but went well with the coffee.
Overall I would definitely come back!
