Service: top notch. Perfectly aligned with what you would expect considering the hotel they are paired with. Location: top notch. Close to the convention center. Ambiance: lot of space ann with privacy in between tables. Great for business meetings! Food: a solid 3.5 stars. Nothing is worth going there on purpose. All dishes are good but lack personality, taste, and they are a bad interpretation of the Italian originals. Yet, overall the dining experience is great!

I'm visiting Seattle for a conference and this restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency. The bar was full of conference attendees but the restaurant was empty. (My appetite is on central time). I started with an Italian margarita. Great flavor and not too much alcohol. The tomato basil soup was next and it was amazing. Great flavor with visible herbs and a nice bit of grated cheese. The linguini entree was just the right temperature with loads of flavor. Chives, sun dried tomatoes and garlic with a creamy sauce. What a great meal! And I'm here 3 more days. I don't venture out much on solo business trips so I'll be in here again, even with the mandatory service charge.

Had a good dinner here while staying at the Hyatt Regency. There were a couple slight food misses but nothing bad (menu listed a Caesar Salad with bib lettuce and it Instead came with romaine and the toast of our bruschetta was a little over done). The rest of our food was good and tasty. Our server and all the staff we interacted with were great. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here but was super convenient in the hotel and hit the spot after a long day in Seattle.

We went for lunch 4 days out of our 6.It's a tasty place, the food is prepared nicely, it is NOT covered in salt to tell you there is flavor. The meatballs were pretty dam good. One fell off the top of the spaghetti, and it sort of fell open, NICE !!!!

Gotta be the smallest piece of chicken at first but then Jordan’s service and attentiveness offered to have the sandwich remade immediately and brought me a delicious chicken sandwich.

Fun atmosphere at the bar. Definitely recommend the Foraged Mushroom Risotto. But portions are on the small side, especially for the price. Restaurant side. Bit dull and rushed. Pasta Carbonara was too lemony and not well seasoned. Not served very hot so went cold fast. Tuscan Bean Soup was very good Overall give 3-3.5 stars. Ok for a quick hotel lunch but would not go out of my way to visit.

I stayed here for a conference and ate at Andare twice. I had pizza the first night and it was only ok. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken for lunch and paid $35 (!) for bed of romaine lettuce with some milky dressing with no flavor, and a dusting of bread crumbs. It just wasn't good and I left hungry.

Overall: average, nothing significant to say "this place is known for ..." [review based on the Kitchen not the bar]. 4 - dishes ordered during a lunch period on a Saturday. Appetizer was calamari: nicely seasoned w/a bowl full; however, the calamari itself was "thin". Main dishes follow: gnocchi w/seared salmon - perfectly cooked and flavorful; chicken sandwich - was also flavorful but needs more chicken than bread; bean & meatball soup w/half meatball sandwich - both lacked depth in flavor but the quantity was adequate for 1. The ambiance was satisfactory nothing special. As for service, let's just say I was emptying the calamari bowl before the server recognized we needed plates. They did return to refill our glasses one time (FYI, the restaurant was 1/2 full of customers). Again, "average" rating. There's nothing I can say that makes this place unique / special.

Good food and service was nice. But definitely more expensive than what Google advertised it as. Be prepared to spend about $50+ per person if you want anything more than the cheapest things on the menu. And for the price the portions are rather small.

The tiramisu is very alcohol forward so if that's your jam, you'd like it. Unfortunately, I'm more of a coffee fan and wish it had more of that flavor. I give the tiramisu an average 3/5.My husband was a big fan of the cheesecake though. It's smooth, silky, and rich. It was not overpoweringly sweet. This also had an alcohol flavor. He gave this a 4.5/5.

The 2 stars are specifically for the pizza. This was unfortunately the worst pizza I've had in Seattle. I had the Ortaggio and my partner had Pepperoni and the crust was super salty. The toppings on mine were also quite large slices and difficult to eat as a result. It kept falling off the pizza and it felt like I was just eating salty artichokes. My partner felt the same about his pepperoni pizza for the saltiness and general lack of flavor. The hard Italian soda was very tasty and interesting. The server was also excellent and we liked the ambiance. Really it's just the pizza we did not like. I can't really recommend the food but the drinks and service were good.

Somewhat hit and miss, sometimes good, often not. It's frustrating. Same with the service too. I've had some good times here but the visits last week were pretty terrible and it felt like a different restaurant. Not sure I'll go back since there are many other
