It's a good place to eat, but I had a hard Menudo, it lacked cooking.
Churros with sugar only taste good if they are freshly fried.
If you actually love tacos, go here. Not that other place upstairs nearby, or you'll be very disappointed (as I was). This place has your lengua and tripa and all kinds of Mexican snacks and it's all fantastic. And they do not cover their tacos with ******* guac. 5 stars. Best tacos I've had in Seattle.

Teriyaki or tacos you decide..
Anywhoo..
Im ussually an al pastor guy but thus one was missing some salt.
The chorizo was freaking delicious.
I want to come back and test the snacks they've got like the tostilocos.

Food was good! The salad was very watery though, and there was a puddle under all the food, but it was still wonderful.

They lied in the menu pictures about what they would serve you for an Esquite. This is nothing like the menu picture and they charge you $6 for this small serving.

I just choked down the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life! And that includes gradeschool cafeteria burritos. The carne asada was more like mulch you would use in landscaping only less flavor and the rice was just a bland sticky blob to lend some moisture to the asada. And those were the only two things in the actual burrito for $14. It came with a salsa rojo y verde but those just tasted like hot and sour. Nothing more complex than that. Shame on you for disrespecting food this way.
I’ve ordered a few times and only make reviews when the expectation surpasses or overly disgusts me this please is 10/10 fast and delicious Enchiladas were perfect.

Used to be great years ago. Now it's extremely inconsistent (some great days, some terrible days) and based on recent experience and other reviewers I suspect they have some food safety issues now, which is unsurprising given how different the same dish is every time.

10/10 truly. I’ve eaten here multiple times throughout the year and they’ve always had such high quality. Tastes fresh, authentic and the service is quick. Everything you love in a food truck they have. So grateful for this place!!! Absolutely amazing, highly recommend their carne and birria tacos.

I started out loving this place but the last 4/5 times I’ve ordered they have been completely disrespectful and sloppy with my orders! Either the wrong order, missing part of the order or the food looking like they flat out threw it in the container! My tacos came ripped and burnt. I used to highly recommend this taco truck but unless you’re standing at the truck when they’re making it, you can expect for them to be sloppy with the presentation or flat out get the order wrong. No more orders or recommendations from me. Back to Carmelo’s I go.
