I laughed out loud in pure delight twice! Plus I enjoyed learning about Philipino culture in the introductory spiel for each dish. If Michelin ever starts reviewing Seattle, Archipelago will instantly earn at least 1, probably 2 stars. We got both the juice pairing and the wine pairing and shared both, which was great - the juices were fascinating and delicious and sometimes paired even better than the wine did.
Dinner at Archipelago is a stunningly intimate, flavorful, special experience! The team took wonderful care of us throughout. The flavors were astonishing. We love tasting menus, and this was one of the most creative and satisfying. We also enjoyed the stories introducing each course-- the staff enthusiastically and passionatel imparted knowledge about Filipino history and culture.
