The Archipelago experience includes elevated Pinoy cuisine with expert storytelling. The most memorable part of the meal for me is the service. The noodle and some of the vegetable side dishes were great. Everything else was okay. They offer an interesting collection of Pacific NW wines as well.
Flawless execution of dishes and service. They were so careful about my pregnancy restrictions and I never even had to ask if anything was safe for me. They were so friendly and welcoming and of course we so enjoyed the food, that, in many aspects, were brand new flavors for me.
The dishes were bold and creative, yet found a way to be nostalgic in some ways to me. What a wonderful place, I hope to return to again and again.
