As a Venezuelan that been living in Seattle for the last 10 years I really recommend you this place. Eating here gave me a Ratatouille moment. You have to try this. The parking lot is huge( pay parking just 1$) try the Tequeños and the Sancocho, those are my favorites.

I'm so glad Arepa found a new location. I kind of loved the old crowded, loud, chaotic place, but the more spacious and modern new location is also very nice. There is lots of good seating. The food, as always, is delicious. Arepas are naturally gluten free, so they're a great option if you're gluten free and tired of tacos.

I especially love anything with plantains (maduros) in it.

Told the woman at the front desk I’ve never had Venezuelan food before. She hooked it up, amazing arepa, filled with good portions, and the chicken empanada was cooked to perfection.
