Went for a 150$ tasting for an Indian/western wedding menu. We were going to taste 4 dishes. The Biriyani was yellow rice with saffron on it and tasted bland. The paneer tikka masala did not taste or look like paneer tikka masala. The chicken was tough and dry and the only decent tasting item was the pasta. Ridiculously small portion sizes.

I heard nothing but rave reviews about the catering. Thank you for accommodating the menu selection and for making the production team look good to the client! Whenever we're back in Seattle for shoots, Arista Catering will be one of the first calls we make!

It was soon to be my husband's 80th birthday and joining us for the celebration would be our son and his family, who are Vegan. How to feed everyone ? I did an online search and selected a few area caterers who offered Vegan options. Arista Catering was the best. Communications were easy. We worked together to create a menu full of tasty treats, from appetizers through main dishes to salads. We were making the birthday cake ourselves. The delivery was flawless and the set up complete, enthusiastic and helpful. There was so much food that we sent guests home with goodies and ate leftovers ourselves for days. A great success.

We attended an event with catering from this company, and my friend took a bite of an item labeled “vegan stuffed mushroom”. He immediately felt a reaction and went to ask the catering staff what ingredients were in the item. The staff said there were no nuts in the list, and brought out a list of ingredients which stated there were zero nuts. However, the staff decided to double check by calling the company. Afterwards, the company confirmed via phone call that there was indeed nuts in the mushroom appetizer.

This was incredibly unprofessional of the catering company to not only not advertise common allergens on the food description, but to also provide an inaccurate ingredient list to the onsite staff.

Arista's team did an incredible job coordinating all the details for our event on a very tight timeline and everything turned out perfectly! Even when dealing with folks out for the holidays, they had our party covered- amazingly prompt outreach and follow up! Our day of crew was absolutely delightful. They arrived on time, got everything set up in our space, and were attentive throughout the evening. Highly recommend anyone looking for Seattle area catering services to check out Arista. We will be using them again!

We had an excellent experience working with Arista Catering for a series of very last-minute events at our office, which we learned about just two days in advance on a Saturday morning. Brandon Clark, Arista’s Operations Manager, was wonderful to work with and instrumental in helping us quickly and thoughtfully curate menus for each event. His calm demeanor and professionalism were especially appreciated and helped ease what could have been a very stressful situation.

Despite the tight turnaround, everything came together seamlessly—from the well-curated menus and punctual lunch deliveries to the truly high-end, polished service provided during our Tuesday evening dinner for guests. Arista is one of our favorite go to caterers for events we hold at the Arboretum. From early planning stages to day of, every step of the way is collaborative and professional. Since we have found Arista for catering our annual holiday event I’ve not had any negative feedback, folks love the options, and I love that we can change it up a little each year.
This year I really appreciated the addition of oak milk for the coffee area, that was well received by our vegan and lactose intolerant staff.

Oh wow — Arista Catering totally blew us away! They handled our Thanksgiving-at-Work lunch and delivered the full turkey spread: cranberry sauce, green beans, stuffing, potatoes, rolls, pumpkin pie… the works. Every single dish was seriously delicious and so memorable. People kept coming up asking who catered because it was that good! And the leftovers? Let’s just say they did not last long.

Their team was also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. If you need catering in Seattle, definitely hire Arista — they will not disappoint.
