After visiting Artly Coffee on Stewart St, I wanted to go to Artly Coffee again. This location is an office building called HILL7. The space is open and there are a few tables for you to enjoy your beverage. I ordered the Honey Rose Latte through the kiosk and received a text message that they have received my order. Then, I shortly received a text message that it was preparing my order at Artly Coffee @ Hill7 (1099 Stewart). I watched as the robotic arm put the together my drink. The Honey rose-flavored latte was absolutely delicious. The drinks are really good and the whole experience is delightful. There was a human behind the counter refilling milk and cleaning the robotic arm so they are not putting humans out of work.

The baristas didn't even know how to prepare the drink. I ordered a boba and tasted horrible, bitter, and it took them 15 mins to prepare it, and I was the only customer.I should have ordered the coffee and have the machine doing it. ?

The cafe is pretty big and feels quite techie However, if you sit close to the robots you might get distracted while having a conversation as the robots keep on introducing their name every few minutes . I hope they could decrease the volume a bit ao that people can have a conversation In terms of quality of coffee, it was pretty average! Ordered Matcha Latte, was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, decent for one time experience

Okay, okay, I'll say the obvious: The robots are super impressive. Unique, intriguing. They have a life all their own. Their whirs and zips. So fun to watch. My americano was pretty lame as far as aesthetics go, but the latte it was making at the next station was neat to watch. I was positive it was going to drip or spill slightly, but nope. Precision. There were two humans helping. They greeted and gave simple instructions when we walked in. The coffee is very good. Ideal hot water temp meant it could be sipped immediately. I caught notes of citrus and floral. Felt light and bright, if that makes sense. Very cool!

It's pricey, even for downtown Seattle, but you are paying for the experience. There are coupons in the app which bring the price down a bit. I appreciate that in the app it specifies 100% of tips go to the human employee.

While it’s a special experience, it’s a bit overpriced and the coffee is not ideal in my opinion.All the coffee is made by robot here, but there’s still a human staff at the counter to take your order.The coffee itself is super watery. Ordered a cup of Americano and cold brew, and the ice is 60% of the drink.Also the cold brew might be condensed cold brew, this was the first time I saw water added to cold brew in a coffee shop to be honest.The price is also high, I personally will prefer other coffee shops in the area.
