I ordered general chicken and no lie I didn’t eat anything. The meat was fried so hard it was like Burnt hard pieces ! Most of the chicken was hard burnt pieces. Waste of 21 dollars !

I venture to many teriyaki places. This is truly the best in the busy streets of downtown Seattle. AND THEY SERVE A VARIETY OF DELICIOUS FRESH SUSHI ROLLS???

Ordered a delivery and food got prepared way sooner than expected due to which it was cold and soggy when arrived. ( I got to know about food being prepared earlier as I got a call from the restaurant that food was ready ). Food quality was not good as well. There was no in house prepared red sauce for fried rice and it just looked filled up from sauce bottles. The veg fried rice for a vegetarian person had egg in it so that person had to reorder food from elsewhere. The delivery was also messed up as there was no labelling of my name on the bags and food was spread across a couple different bags. I had to look inside individual bags to see which order is mine.

The staff were nice but the ramen I got was absolutely the worst thing ever. The egg wasn’t fermented, the broth had flavor of just raw onion, and I genuinely can’t even eat this. I truly wish my experience was positive.

I often come here before my shift for a meal and have plenty leftover for my lunch break. Very generous portions for the price and fast service.Nothing I have had here was top notch, that often comes with the territory of serving so many varied cuisines, but I've never had anything disappointing either.Only real gripe is that the fried rice is a Little thin, for that much of an upcharge I would hope for more egg and vegetables but it is nonetheless good tasting and plentiful so I can't really dock for that.
